The now 6’3 230 pounder, has quick and strong power generation off the snap and one with every block he gets off or every player he gets his hands on, you can quickly evaluate the motor he has. He shows off what looks like a high football IQ on both ends of the trenches. Sturgus has persistency getting guys to the next-level and Dion sure looks like one that’s next to play on Saturdays.
