was one of the better receivers on the day. The 5-foot-11, 175-pound slot receiver is a crafty route runner who can create on his own and work on his own in space. Strong burst off the line of scrimmage, good long speed to be a downfield vertical threat and does a great job of creating separation. Had a very acrobatic one-handed catch late during the one-on-one period. Keep an eye on his recruiting during college camps; very high academic prospect. Had 40 catches for 477 yards and four touchdowns in 2025.

. Butler had a strong sophomore season, catching 25 passes for 336 yards and four touchdowns in 11 games. Evan has explosive deep which he used to blow by opposing defensive backs with ease to create separation in the deep passing game. He is also dangerous after the catch, showing the ability to use his speed and elusiveness in the open field to pick up extra yards. Evan should be a player to keep an eye on as he continues to develop over the next two seasons.
