Week 2’s Defensive Show Stoppers Turning Up the Heat

Measures in at 6'1 210-pounds. Against Mater Dei, he had 12 total tackles (7 solo, 5 assisted). He has very good athletic ability due to very good lateral quickness, change of direction, acceleration, speed, balance, and good jumping. Ingalls has very good read and reaction speed. He displayed very good sideline to sideline range. He did well against the pass and the run. He's explosive out of his stance. When rushing gaps, he got underneath the OL, exhibits very good block shedding ability and making the tackle. He even ran through a blocking receiver to attack the RB on the swing pass. Ingalls's physicality and pursuit was on full display during this game. He had 5 total tackles (4 solo, 1 assisted), 2 TFL, 1 sack, 2 INT, 1 PD, 1 carry for 15 yards, 1 reception for 33 yards, 1 KR for 85 yards and a touchdown. He was filling up the stat sheet. Antolak displays very good athletic ability due to very good jumping, speed, acceleration, balance, and good change of direction. His kick return touchdown was a great example of it. He showed very good sideline awareness throughout. Antolak has good read and reaction speed. Smooth back pedal and will use his athletic ability to stay stride for stride with the receiver. On his INT, he jumps up and plucks the ball right out of the way. He also has lengthy arms for pass deflections too. Picked up great return yardage on the interception. He measures in at 6'3 215-pounds. Against Heritage, he had 10 total tackles (8 solo, 2 assisted), 6 TFL, 3.5 sacks, and 2 QB pressures. Plays OLB and can rush the QB off the edge or go out into coverage. He has very good athletic ability due to very good balance, lateral quickness, acceleration, and good speed. Rollins has very good initial quickness out of his stance creating contact with his opponent. Demonstrates very good hand strength and strength to quickly get off blocks and collapse the pocket. Rollins was bull rushing his way through the offensive tackle all night. Great balance to stay up when the OT tried to drag him down, he still managed to get the sack. Great tackling ability as well. I was impressed with his performance and with more like these, keep an eye on this young man. Wood has very good athletic ability due to very his good lateral quickness, change of direction, speed, acceleration, and good jumping skills. Very good read and reaction ability. Very good range. Wood is an explosive linebacker in both the run and pass game. Good block shedding and get off speed.  Against Loveland, he squeezed through a gap, chased after the back and got the TFL when the RB tried to bounce outside. Great example of his relentless pursuit. He's a strong tackler using his strength to pull down the ball carrier. Wood has good zone coverage ability as well. Singer has very good athletic ability due to his very good acceleration, speed, change of direction, and jumping. Consistently watching the QB's eyes and attacks. Smooth and controlled back pedal with good read and reaction speed. Singer does a good job on re-route attempts. Very good man coverage and zone coverage. He's a ball hawk. Very good ball tracking and catching. He was plucking the ball out of the air, and then using his athleticism to gain yards.
