The Section V season is only about two weeks away. There are going to be top players at each position who are going to work hard to prove they belong at the top in Section V. These are my predictions for the first-team players who should come out with All-Star selections at their positions.

No doubt that the number one ranked QB is [player_tooltip player_id='668381' first='Pooty' last='Cunningham'] from James Monroe. We know the arm strength that Cunnighham possesses. The ability to push the ball down the field and make accurate throws is present. Cunningham is going to be an electric playmaker that connects on 35+ balls often. Altogether, he will use his legs to extend plays with fast moves in open space.

This was a close debate here for the best WR in Section V, but [player_tooltip player_id='1513229' first='Brien' last='Walker'] is a freak of wide out. Walker has a tremendous amount of length, which is evident in his wingspan. Above all, he is a playmaker that makes incredible catches on the outside, including a number of 50/50 jump balls. That ability to win at the catch point makes Walker a tough matchup for any CB. Do not underestimate Walker's route running and speed, either.

Tracking down ball carriers all across the field is a major standout in his game and is why he had 66 tackles this past season.
[player_tooltip player_id='1373102' first='Alijah' last='Jones'] Jr. is the front runner coming into this season to be the best offensive lineman in Section V. With his brute size at an 81" wingspan and the power that he plays with, Jones Jr. will be the anchor for Monroe. Certainly, Jones Jr. has the strength to drive opponents backwards in the run game. There are no limitations in his ability to make pull action blocks or to get to the opposite gaps to make blocks. Moreover, he is an OT that is going to protect the blind slide at a high rate and withstand all types of rushers.
