Smith, West Linn: "AJ Smith is a powerhouse of a defensive tackle. Although he is slightly undersized at 5-7, 220 pounds (still growing), he is extremely technically sound. He can play inside and dominate double teams, while stopping the run, but he is also quick enough to play on the edge and get after the quarterback. AJ has a very high ceiling, and with an NFL pedigree behind him through Malcom Snider and John Snider, it definitely shows on the field. He is a young man you have to keep your eye on."

WR/DB Conner George-Smith, Dallas: "Conner George-Smith is a special talent who contributes on both sides of the ball at wide receiver and cornerback. This young man has no fear. He does not hesitate to come up and make the hard tackle, but playing the pass is where he truly shines. His instincts, athleticism, and confidence make him a player to watch. Dallas High School has a gem in this young man."

QB Jackson Neighbors, Hermiston: "Jackson Neighbors is a quarterback who earned Offensive Player of the Game honors, and it was easy to see why. He is a great young man who is poised under pressure and has a relentless will to win. Jackson can beat you with his arm, but he can absolutely annihilate you with his legs. With his big frame and elite speed, he is a true dual-threat quarterback who can make plays in multiple ways."

DL Hudson Portlock, West Linn: "The 2025 Defensive Player of the Game, Hudson Portlock, is a monster off the edge. He is an outstanding playmaker with the ability to hunt quarterbacks down and create problems for opposing offenses. At 6'0", this defensive end is definitely fun to watch. He has a ton of upside and is going to be a dominating force on the gridiron."

QB Blake Holmes, West Linn: "Blake Holmes is a born leader who is destined for big things. Not only can he make plays with his arm, but he can also dominate with his legs. Standing at 6-foot with the arm strength of a seasoned high school quarterback, Blake is going to be a playmaker for years to come. His ceiling is incredibly high. With his father having played at Fresno State and his brothers playing at Boise State and the University of Idaho, the football pedigree is certainly there. Blake is definitely a young quarterback you want to keep on your radar."

OL [player_tooltip player_id='1590037' first='Owynn' last='Bentham'], Tillamook: "[player_tooltip player_id='1590037' first='Owynn' last='Bentham'] is one of the top offensive linemen in this class. Off the field, Owynn is one of the nicest young men you will meet, but once he steps onto the field, he flips the switch and becomes an enforcer. He dominates defensive linemen and finishes every block with power and authority. At 6'1", 230 pounds, this is a guy every team would love to have up front. His future is extremely bright."

OL Philip Fuimaono, Sprague: "Philip Fuimaono is an extremely technically sound offensive lineman and a leader both on and off the field. At 5'10", he has amazing footwork, great hands, size, and strength. His ability to finish blocks separates him from many players at his position. Philip is definitely a special talent and one to watch over the next several years."

RB Will Glauser, West Linn: "Will Glauser is a first-year player who made a huge splash this season. He is a hard-nosed runner with great vision, the ability to make defenders miss, and elite breakaway speed. Will has shown that he can make plays in a variety of ways, and he is definitely a player to watch in the coming years."

RB Ryder Benjamin, Salem Academy: "The 2025 Offensive Player of the Game, Ryder Benjamin, is a big, fast, powerful running back. Once he hits the edge and gets a step on you, all you are going to see is the back of his jersey. His ability to break tackles combined with his elusive running style makes him extremely difficult to bring down. This young man is special and has a very bright future."

WR Caleb Harris, West Albany: "Caleb Harris punches well above his weight class. At 4'9", he is fearless, tough, and has elite hands. He will catch anything thrown his way. Caleb's shiftiness and ability to make defenders miss make him a difficult matchup. His toughness and playmaking ability give him a very bright future."

OL [player_tooltip player_id='2339459' first='Finley' last='Brewer'], Sherwood: "[player_tooltip player_id='2339459' first='Finley' last='Brewer'] is a smart, tough, and talented center who can help set the blocking scheme and make sure everyone on the offensive line is ready to go. He has great hands and footwork and plays with excellent leverage and strength. Finley is a physical player who finishes his blocks and brings a toughness to the offensive line that every team needs"
