#1 West Linn -30 @ (5A) #3 Wilsonville (West Linn 50 Wilsonville 17)

North Medford is much better as a team this year, but there 35-14 win at Wilsonville last week was surprising. West Linn will go hard against their cross-town rival.

(5A) Milwaukie @ #2 Tualatin -32.5 (Tualatin 58 Milwaukie 14)

Even at (0-2) Milwaukie has been one of the biggest surprises statewide, but Tualatin is beating top 10 6A teams by an average score of 50-15 over the last 3 weeks.

#3 Lake Oswego -25 @ #8 Sherwood (Lake Oswego 38 Sherwood 13)

Credit to Sherwood playing the likes of Tualatin, Willamette, and now reigning state champ LO. [player_tooltip player_id='2105974' first='Kai' last='Boatsman'] and [player_tooltip player_id='1591725' first='Mikey' last='Brandt'] have been one of the best tandems in Oregon. That said as the Lakers just continue to get better.

Sprague @ #5 Grants Pass -7.5 (Grants Pass 29 Sprague 19)

The Oly's played Jesuit tough last week, losing 31-21. I think it's possible they hang around with GP after the Cavemen got blasted by Silverton. This game will be telling for Grants Pass and which direction they are headed.

#3 Graham Kapowsin WA -29 @ #6 Central Catholic (Graham Kapowsin 42 Central Catholic 16)

GK is a legit state title contender and will likely just get better each week. The Rams 42-6 loss to LO is concerning if we are projecting out where they might end up at seasons end.

#11 Jesuit @ #7 Willamette -8.5 (Willamette 32 Jesuit 17)

I think Willamette is going to figure out. Losing to the reigning 6A/5A state champs to start the year is still respectable. The comeback win against #8 Sherwood last week was clutch and much needed. Jesuit also got a desperately needed victory over a good Sprague team last week, but this will be a tough one for them.

West Salem @ #9 North Medford -22 (North Medford 36 West Salem 18)

Credit North after a (1-8) season last year; they have come back in a big way, beating then 5A #1 Wilsonville on the road last week 35-14. West Salem is not terrible, and they are well coached so I could see the Titans covering.

#10 Mountainside @ #12 Lakeridge -1 (Lakeridge 26 Mountainside 24)

I would bet this comes down to the final minutes. It's a coinflip, but I will give the Pacers the edge at home.

#13 Glencoe @ Westview #15 EVEN (Westview 21 Glencoe 20)

Westview played #1 West Linn and #5 Grants Pass somewhat tough even though they lost by legit margins. They are both 0-2 with Glencoe playing top 10 teams as well in #2 Tualatin and #10 Mountainside. This could go either way.

#14 Oregon City -16 @ Newberg (Oregon City 28 Newberg 13)

OC got blasted by #4 Nelson 49-7 last week, but Newberg doesn't return much, losing to two good teams to start the season (Lakeridge and 5A Dallas) by a combined score of 71-7.

Clackamas @ #15 Tigard -22 (Tigard 38 Clackamas 24)

Tigard has done well to start the season but hasn't really played anybody. Clack looked much better in week 2 with a 35-7 win over McMinnville.

#1 Silverton -45 @ South Albany (Silverton 54 South Albany 7)

Done by half

#4 Summit @ #2 Mountain View -2 (Mountain View 17 Summit 16)

This game could go either way. I would bet a lot one of these two teams are playing for a state title at the end of the year. I projected a one-score game between 6A Sheldon and Summit last week but didn't see the Storm losing. It's also a tough loss for Mountain View with Washington St commit [player_tooltip player_id='1684534' first='Jettson' last='Gillam'] going down with an injury.

Corvallis @ #5 West Albany -37.5 (West Albany 42 Corvallis 6)

West Albany almost beat #2 Mountain View, destroyed #9 Thurston, and then almost lost to Milwaukie 34-28 last week at home. Wait what.

#6 Dallas -14.5 @ #14 Lebanon (Dallas 30 Lebanon 14)

Dallas isn't messing around but Lebanon is always a pest, losing to a good #7 Ridgeview team to start the year and to #12 Aloha 34-33.

#9 Thurston -5 @ #13 Churchill (Thurston 25 Churchill 14)

Which Thurston team shows up? They had a solid win over Sheldon week 1 and then got hammered by #5 West Albany 31-7.

#10 Canby @ #7 Sandy -15.5 (Sandy 35 Canby 19)

I had reigning 4A state champ Cascade beating Sandy last week, but not by 21 points, or anywhere close. Canby also got beat up by Ridgeview 36-15 out in Central Oregon. From a momentum standpoint, this is an incredibly important ballgame for both programs.

(6A) Sunset @ #11 Liberty -17.5 (Liberty 39 Sunset 16)

Sunset looked terrible against Tigard in the 49-0 loss last week. Liberty didn't look great either beating a struggling Beaverton program 42-21.

#12 Aloha -13 @ (6A) Beaverton (Aloha 34 Beaverton 20)

There's a lot of excitement at Aloha with a strong senior class returning and a legit line.
