2028 MD/DC/DE Rankings: Biggest Movers

He continues to develop as a prospect, while also being a highly rated basketball prospect in the area. A big time athlete who can jump out the gym, with excellent height &amp; length that is coveted at the next level. As Patrick continues to fill out his frame, and get more reps on the football field, he can reach high levels of play. I think in past rankings I wasn't sure what to make of Tristan's game and what he would end up playing. He's got excellent athleticism to play both sides but he is surely a S or possibly hybrid LB at the next level now. With a good frame and build, Tristan is a physical and plays fast. He fly down the alley and will lay a hit. A smooth strider with short area fluidity in his hips. Can play in coverage or in the box at DB. He's got good ball skills , tracking and able to go up ad get it both at WR &amp; DB. Big fan of Jackson's game and he continues to develop, get stronger, and I won't be shocked to see him have a big 2026 season. A true ball hawk, Jackson came away with 5 INTs last season and he attacks the ball in the air. Showcasing elite eyes and recognition, he is quick to trigger and break on the pass to make a play on the ball. With a high football IQ, jackson will break off his man in coverage when he sees the play to be made. Able to play press man or off, as well as close to the LOS in a cover 2. A physical player for his size as well, Jackson will come up and lay a strike. A raw prospect in 2025 with tons of upside and potential. Marques is a tall, long, lean WR, S and Edge /OLB prospect. Listed as an athlete because depending on how he continues to grow and bulk up he could end up playing multiple spots at the next level. With a big long stride, he can eat up a lot of ground quickly. Shows nice physicality, closing ability to the QB and knows how to use his length to his advantage.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>A prospect who's upside has attracted plenty of college attention already. Able to play on both sides of the line at high levels, I do feel he may find his home at IDL for the next level. Was able to get eyes on Eli this spring and he impressed in drill work. A thick built IDL who plays with power and athleticism. Eli moves well with fluid feet and good bend / COD. He comes off ball with power and burst, fights through contact, and shows active hands. He can get skinny and shoot gaps to get into the backfield consistently. Showing good leverage at POA, Eli can sink hips and explode through the blocker. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph {"placeholder":"Add evaluation here...","className":"text-gray-700"} --> <p class="text-gray-700">A high academic prospect as well, Eli already holds offers from Brown and Columbia.
