Per usual rankings are based on who projects highest at the collegiate level. You can be an outstanding HS football player but not necessarily project at the D1 level.          *PLEASE NOTE- Numerous players will drop in the rankings through no fault of their own. Nate returns as a multiyear all conference athlete who will likely project at center, although he can play on either side of the ball.    Peau racked up 1st team all Mt Hood and 2nd team all-state accolades at center. He has ideal size for the position and could end up projecting offensively. Regardless, the kid is a beast on the interior and provides universities options positionally.    27.[player_tooltip player_id='2088792' first='Zane' last='Carley'] 6-3 220 OLB Tualatin   UPDATED: One of the fastest rising players in the state on this board. Carley has added some legit thickness to an already impressive frame. He will be a candidate for conference and state POY honors on D.    I could see Carley climbing this list quick with a successful offseason. The 1st team all TRL and 2nd team all state OLB had a phenomenal junior year for the T-Wolves with 32 tackles, 8 TFL's, 7 sacks, and 30 hurries. He was a disrupter all season on the defensive side of the ball.    28. [player_tooltip player_id='1878396' first='Aidan' last='Galusha'] 6-1 210 LB/RB Dallas OFFERS (1) San Diego   UPDATED: The Mid-Willamette conference D lineman of the year has had one of the most impressive offseasons of any athlete in the NW. He will return to his normal LB spot where his 10.9 100-meter speed makes him a viable FCS recruit. Look for him to be one of the top RBs in the state as well.    29.[player_tooltip player_id='937311' first='Alexander' last='Mishkin'] 6-3 285 OL/C West Linn   UPDATED: Mishkin projects as a 1st team all-state guy who will have many high-end academic universities vying for his services. Level of play is still up in the air with this year's film determining a lot.    UPDATED: A lot of credit to Mishkin who didn't miss a beat after making the transfer back to West Linn. He earned 1st team all-league and 2nd team all-state honors for a Lions team who should be the overwhelming favorite to win it all next season after being upset in the semis by CC. Look for him to project as more of a center at the next level.    30.[player_tooltip player_id='2054681' first='Oliver' last='Holverson'] 6-5 230 TE/DE Jesuit OFFERS (1) San Diego   UPDATED: You can do a lot with Holverson's size and versatility. This will be an important year for him on film to show what he can do as he is on the bubble with numerous universities.    The 6-5 Holverson was one of the only players at the 6A level to earn 1st team all-conference honors on both sides of the football. He was relatively unknown heading into the year and now ranks among the state's best.    31.[player_tooltip player_id='1560665' first='Brevik' last='Hill'] 5-11 175 WR Grants Pass   UPDATED: You can't do much more than what Hill did last season, helping his team to the state quarterfinals and a 1st round playoff win on the road, while racking up POY honors. FCS schools are paying attention.     The Offensive POY in the South-Central Conference. Hill was a 1st team all-state WR also earning all-state honors defensively. He was one of the top overall athletes in Oregon, finishing with 87 receptions for 1,020 yards and 15 TDs.    32.[player_tooltip player_id='855093' first='Summit' last='Cvitash'] 6-1 190 Safety Lake Oswego    UPDATED: All eyes will be on the reigning state champs with Cvitash possessing the necessary size and speed to play at the D1 level. As of right now, he projects as one of the top Safeties ever to come out of LO.   Cvitash had an outstanding sophomore year and dominated in the secondary this past season. He was a 1st team all TRL selection and a big reason the Lakers secured another state title.    33.[player_tooltip player_id='936846' first='Leonardo' last='Correani'] 5-11 225 LB Lincoln   UPDATED: Lincoln is your clear-cut favorite to win the PIL, and Correani is a big reason why. He has D1 talent, but the question continues to be size. Over the last two seasons he has made 223 tackles with 21 tackles for loss and 5 sacks. Unreal numbers for a kid that I have listed as the only 1st team all-state PIL selection heading into the year.    The 1st team all league LB was once again one of the state's best, finishing with a 6A leading 131 tackles, 8 TFL's, and 3 sacks. If he gets an opportunity at the FCS level, I think he would do well and be a multiyear starter. He will be a POY favorite defensively in the PIL next season.    34.[player_tooltip player_id='1165801' first='Benjamin' last='Greer'] 6-1 205 ATH South Salem   UPDATED: Greer was one of the top performers and in the MVP conversation at the Northwest Showcase at Western Oregon, the largest event on the west coast. He has done nothing but impress and is an unquestion FCS/D2 athlete in my opinion. The records he set last season speak for themselves.    As most know, Greer put up some unreal numbers for the best 0-9 team in America. On the season, he set the all-time state record with 117 receptions, with 1,309 receiving yards and 8 TDs. He also had 90+ tackles on D.     35.[player_tooltip player_id='709506' first='Deckard' last='Hale'] 6-0 210 LB/ATH Grant    UPDATED: Hale has played in the Les Schwab Bowl multiple times, but other than that hasn't really been seen at many camps necessary to evaluate. He has outstanding film with the accolades to back it up, but proving what you can do outside of the PIL is important.    Hale was 1st team all-PIL selection on both sides of the football with 5 sacks and 4 TD's during the regular season. That said as it will be super important for him to show what he can do over the offseason against top competition.    36.[player_tooltip player_id='1121755' first='Tyson' last='Donnerberg'] 6-2 175 WR West Linn   UPDATED: I expect Donnerberg to have a breakout year for the Lions who will be ranked the state's #1 team. He has the potential of being a 1st team all TRL guy on both sides of the football.    As referenced numerous times the last name speaks for itself coming from one of the more talented football families in state history. Donnerberg was an honorable mention all TRL receiver and looks to have his best years ahead of him, also making some impressive plays onD.   37.[player_tooltip player_id='2054683' first='Toren' last='Drucker'] 6-1 210 LB Mountainside    UPDATED: As referenced, Drucker will be a Metro League Defensive POY favorite in 2026 after a breakout junior campaign. He definitely looks the part and could very well end up an FCS athlete.    One of the Metro's breakout athletes. Drucker will be a conference POY candidate on the defensive side of the ball next season, earning 1st team all-league and honorable mention all-state honors this past year.    38.[player_tooltip player_id='1715759' first='Jackson' last='Ingram'] 6-6 210 TE/DE South Eugene   UPDATED: Per the previous update, Ingram will need to continue and show what he can do for a South program poised to win a couple football games this coming season. At 6-6 he will draw attention from a recruiting standpoint regardless of how his team does.    Give a lot of credit to Ingram for enduring the struggles at South with the team going 0-16 over the last two seasons. He is a legit D1 prospect who could climb the rankings board quickly if he gets out on the camp circuit. He earned 2nd team all-league honors at TE which is incredible considering the situation.    39.[player_tooltip player_id='937115' first='Jaxon' last='Lee'] 6-3 190 DB Tigard    UPDATED: One of the state's breakout athletes from this offseason. Lee was an MVP or in the conversation at multiple camps. He jumps about 40 spots from the last rankings update, and it's very likely he could continue to rise, with 1st team all TRL and all state potential.    40.[player_tooltip player_id='1359052' first='Trevor' last='Glos'] 6-4 175 QB Wilsonville   UPDATED: Glos has done well on the camp circuit and has numbers that speak for themselves from last season. If he can lead his team to the 5A title in a year where the classification itself is loaded, that would be even more impressive. He will have D1 targets to throw to in [player_tooltip player_id='1474331' first='Ben' last='Wiepert'] (New Mexico) and [player_tooltip player_id='2088972' first='Luke' last='Brainard'] (Colorado St) to go with elite transfer [player_tooltip player_id='1242623' first='Cavan' last='Rogers'] who could very well end up at that level as well.    Glos put together one of the best seasons of any player in the state regardless of classification, being named the NWOC Offensive POY. He passed for 2,750 yards with 40 TDs/12 INTs, hitting on 70% of his passes. The Oregon 5A POY Mark Wiepert left some big shoes to fill before heading to play for the Ducks and Glos filled that role nicely.     41.[player_tooltip player_id='2090565' first='Brady' last='Nichols'] 6-6 270 T Mountain View   UPDATED: One of the more unknown players in the state, but that could change quickly at 6-6 270. Mountain View projects as a 5A title favorite with multiple universities visiting Central Oregon this coming year to check out players like Nichols.    42.[player_tooltip player_id='1569379' first='Treyton' last='Powers'] 5-11 180 Grants Pass   UPDATED: Hands down one of the top RBs in the NW. Much like his teammate [player_tooltip player_id='1560665' first='Brevik' last='Hill'] a lot will come down to what he does this coming season with GP potentially having a special year.    Powers had another good year rushing for 1,152 yards and 11 TD's during the regular season. The Cavemen finished 2025 strong making a run to the state quarterfinals.    43.[player_tooltip player_id='1358907' first='Alex' last='Lydgate'] 6-4 275 OL Lincoln   UPDATE: One of the fastest rising line prospects in the region. Lydgate had an all-conference season a year ago but brings a lot to the table some might not know about. He jumps 40+ spots on the rankings board and could continue to blow up with good film.     44.[player_tooltip player_id='2241825' first='Derek' last='Earl'] 6-2 180 CB Willamette COMMITTED: Eastern Washington   UPDATE: The transfer from North Eugene missed 5 games last season and was a relatively unknown athlete before landing multiple Big Sky offers. His commitment to EWU was a good early decision.    45.[player_tooltip player_id='937233' first='Sloan' last='Baker'] 5-10 185 QB West Linn    UPDATED: Baker is similar to PSU QB/Athlete Cru Newman in that he's just better than most regardless of size. They will be the state's #1 team and everyone will be gunning for them, so he won't have any nights off and will have to perform at a very high level.    There isn't much Baker didn't do being named the TRL Offensive POY and a 1st team all-state selection. For the season he passed for 37 TD's/2 INTs while hitting on 69% of his passes for 2,808 yards. He showed off his overall athleticism by averaging 7.6 yards per carry with 545 yards and 6 TD's. He obviously doesn't have prototypical size, but that hasn't slowed him down yet.    46.[player_tooltip player_id='937183' first='Aris' last='Dimick'] 6-4 205 QB Tigard   UPDATED: Dimick has done a good job on the camp circuit and will be called on to perform well every Friday night if the Tigers want to compete. It's no easy task but if he can do that he will help himself immensely on the recruiting front.    As a team, it's been a struggle for Tigard going 4-16 over the last two seasons, while playing a brutally tough schedule. That said as Dimick has been outstanding, putting up legit numbers and being named a honorable mention all TRL QB.    47.[player_tooltip player_id='937177' first='Luke' last='Hanifan'] 6-4 200 LB Jesuit   UPDATED: Hanifan has done a great job getting himself out there over the offseason. The Crusaders graduate a ton of talent and have a new coach for the first time in decades, so all eyes will be on him to lead the D.    I would expect the Ivy's and other high end academic institutions to be paying close attention. Hanifan was one of the top defenders in the Metro earning 2nd team all-league accolades, while totaling 64 tackles, 17 TFL's, and 3 sacks.    48.[player_tooltip player_id='2088956' first='Luke' last='Winningham'] 6-5 250 DE Canby   UPDATED: It's been pretty quiet for the 1st team all-conference DE from a recruiting standpoint thus far, but that could change quickly. He had 10 tackles for loss and 4.5 sacks last season and anytime you bring his size and dimensions to the table it's a potential game changer.    49.[player_tooltip player_id='845242' first='Sean' last='Bour-Nelson'] 6-0 165 CB Lakeridge   UPDATED: Once again the talent and D1 genes are there for Bour-Nelson, who will have an opportunity to lead a very young Pacers squad this coming season. Look for him to add some thickness before going on to compete collegiately.    Bour-Nelson once again did his thing, racking up 2nd team all TRL accolades at corner while for the most part shutting down his side of the field. He finished with 19 tackles, 2 INTs, and 8 PBU's and will be called upon to lead next year with the Pacers graduating 35 seniors.    50.[player_tooltip player_id='1708641' first='Emmett' last='Hunsaker'] 6-5 260 T Sprague    UPDATED: Definitely a kid who seems to be under recruited considering the size and some of his early success. He's a potential All American at a small college.    The big man had another quality all conference season racking up 2nd team all-league honors. Look for his recruitment to pick up significantly in the coming months.
