Weddle threw for 185 yards per game with 19 touchdowns and led his team with 679 yards with 10 touchdowns. Defensively, he had 101 tackles, two forced fumbles and two interceptions.

He projects as a safety at the college level but is still the best dual threat quarterback in San Diego. His arm talent is off the charts and he is accurate to all three levels. Weddle drops to his spot in the picket quickly and has the athleticism to kill defenses with his legs. He has offers from Miami, Ohio State, USC and Utah among many others.

Manuel threw for 3033 yards with 26 touchdowns and ran for 1040 yards with 13 touchdowns for Hoover last season.

His biggest strength is his ability to improvise and scramble to buy time for his receivers to get open down the field. Manuel has the arm strength to put the ball into tight windows and throw a good ball downfield while on the run. He has a nice jump cut as a runner and has some wiggle.

Harris completed 58 percent of his passes for 2167 yards with 17 touchdowns and 13 interceptions. He also ran for three touchdowns.

He has plus arm strength and nice touch on the deep balls over the top. Harris gets the ball out on time and is an anticipatory passer who can throw guys open. He takes some unneccessary risks with the ball sometimes but the game will slow down for him with more experience and he has upside.

Barquinero completed 59 percent of his passes for 2048 yards with 21 touchdowns and just six interceptions for Oceanside last season and ran for four touchdowns.

He's a pro-style, drop back passer with a plus arm which helps him fit the ball into tight windows down the field. Barquinero has a quick release and can hit receivers right out of their breaks. He had strong showings at the You Are Athlete camp and Prep Redzone Exposure Series this offseason.

Cruz completed 61 percent of his passes for 2409 yards with 26 touchdowns and just eight interceptions last season and ran for 492 yards with five touchdowns for Perris last season.

His delivery is smooth and he has a quick release with a bit of a whipping motion to the delivery. He has the arm strength to deliver an accurate ball outside the numbers and can keep defenses honest with his ability to throw over the top. Cruz can scramble for big yardage and it will be interesting to see if Lincoln draws up more designed runs for him.
