8 Talented DBs Set to Debut in 2028 Rankings Update

He is capable of playing a few spots and doubles as a good returner, but I believe he will stick at corner long time. He gets physical in routes, tracks the ball well, and has the combination of length and vertical to play the ball in the air. I saw Gourdine on the 7v7 circuit this year, and I was impressed with the intensity and edge he played with. In a true football setting, it looks like he plays the same. He is a smaller, but physical player who I think could hold his own at corner, even if a move inside where he can more consistently play his physical brand of football if on display. He is still growing into himself, but he is a fluid, long athlete who can tap into different gears as a mover. He is hard to drop the ball over, has fluid hips, and tracks the ball well over both shoulders. He is a tall, lean, true safety prospect with a lot of development left in the tank. He tracks the ball well in coverage and covers plenty of ground. He is a willing player downhill who will only get more physical as he adds weight. He is a fluid basketball athlete with a lot of range when he plays as a centerfielder. He is a fast, soft footed safety prospect who is steady all the way around. He consistently proves capable of undercutting routes and playing the ball in the big part of the field, creating havoc plays. Regardless, right now, he is a big nickel who plays with impressive range, especially for his size. As you could expect, he is a physical player with some thump at the POA.
