Thomas is a very similar player to Hardaway and they are two players that I will continue to compare over the next two years. He is a long, lean, fluid athlete with a basketball background. He certainly can come downhill, but I think he tracks and plays the ball in the big part of the field at a pretty high level. I like the traits and the athlete here, which is what I will bank on with his future development.

I feel very similarly about Thomas as I do to Hardaway, in the sense where I think they are similar players and their best ball is ahead of them. He is a fluid basketball athlete with a lot of range when he plays as a centerfielder. He is big, productive, has plenty of physical maturity left in the tank, and should be viewed as a breakout candidate on the recruiting trail this fall.
