The 6'4" portage central mustang is already college ready from a physical standpoint. Camden shows excellent side line to side line speed and packs a powerful punch at the point of contact. Camden has a rare gift of speed and power and also see's the game and is very cerebral in his approach. In a very loaded class Camden is climbing up the rankings and will be in the discussion for the top Michigan player in the 2028 class. watch out for Camden this fall as he will be a top producer at his position.     Dacari is a player that I am a big fan of. I am extremely impressed with Dacari's ability to read a play and explode to the ball and arriving with bad intentions. Dacari is a complete linebacker though. He plays the run extremely well but is also a plus defender in pass situations. Dacari's film shows excellent athleticism and as he continues to grow this will separate him from a lot of other players. Keep an eye on the big red this fall and specifically the defensive side of the ball. This team will fight you for every yard and Dacari will spear head the charge.     Brother Rice has churned out some excellent linebackers over the years and Deondre is well on his way to putting his name in the conversation. One thing that stands out immediately is Deondre's ability to read his keys , keep gap integrity and make a play at the point of attack. Deondre has good side to side speed and is sturdy enough to take on blockers , shed them and make plays. Deondre also does a good job of getting a good deep drop in pass coverage and making a play on the ball in mid air. I am expecting Brother Rice to make a serious leap this year and you can bet this Warrior linebacker will be a big reason why.     Yup that's right , Another Brother Rice linebacker has made the top 5. Booker is exactly what you want when you talk about thumping linebackers. Booker has zero regard for preserving his body when approaching contact and generally wins one on one battles at the line of scrimmage. One major thing that I love about Booker is he is extremely cerebral in his approach to the game. Booker doesn't just rely on pure athleticism to play the position but relies on thinking his way through the game. Make no mistake though Booker has a high motor and will hit you in the mouth at any given opportunity. Brother Rice may boast the top linebacking core in the state so keep and eye out for Booker in the fall.     Tanner is a west side linebacker that absolutely drips potential. The rangy Catholic Central linebacker is not hard to notice on the field. Watching Tanners film it is clear that this young backer takes a back seat to no one. Tanner is a prototype linebacker that is built to shut the run down. Tanner shows excellent natural instincts from his middle linebacker spot and shut'sthe middle of the field down. I am also impressed with tanners ability to shed blocks and fight to the ball carrier to make a stop. Keep an eye on Tanner this fall and expect big things from this 2028 backer as the season takes off.
