Brody was one of a few 2029 in the trenches from Brandon Valley that caught my attention at the Augustana Prospect Camp on Sunday, which is deep one incoming for the Lynx. Brody impressed me with well-versed agility in the early reps and also showed off a sound get off for his age. The growth he's made with those two skillsets translate smoothly to what you saw out of his tape last fall for Brandon Valley as the now 6'2 220 pounder is surely a 2029 that we need to get on our board before the the fall season starts!

Another 2029 trench monster to know early out of Brandon Valley, is [player_tooltip player_id='2072435' first='Wyatt' last='Sitzman'] who might have been my favorite 2029 prospect overall from the Augustana Prospect Camp. Wyatt showed off skillsets that I feel have grown a ton since his freshmen season at Brandon Valley, with some of the quickest firing hands I saw amongst the 2029 group in Sioux Falls. Wyatt also stood out in my eyes with his balance, as he was one that carried himself more like an upperclassmen with that skillset as he showed off well-versed pad-level for his age in the live reps I watched. Wyatt is yet another 2029 that we'll need to add to our South Dakota board for his class, as one that I will already say is likely to be a stockriser when that class comes out in August.

As we have known for years since we launched the Dakotas site for Prep Redzone, they grow them long and tall at Harrisburg as Trevyn Hass looks to be the next one up for the Tigers offensive trenches to know. I got to watch a plethora of Trevyn's reps on Sunday, and right away you could tell the natural bend that he has at 6'5 250 pounds which translated to a persistent pad-level with his hands. He's also got a quick trigger when it comes to his foot speed and that length he has can be utilized quickly especially from what I watched out of his pass-pro reps. With June 15th being today, I would expect Trevyn to be one to get some early next-level exposure here very soon.

A newer name that has come across my 2027 radar the last few months has been Garretson offensive linemen Tanner Baatz. The 6'0 270 pounder for the Blue Dragons was one that by watching the live reps, that had footwork that could generate the power from bottom to top pretty quickly. He appeared to me to be one of the more blue-collar offensive linemen in attendance played with a chip on his shoulder in the reps I watched. He's one that I feel can play on Saturdays, as his coachability and work ethic stood out to me in the offensive line group at the Augustana Prospect Camp.

The City of Dell Rapids is a 2027 hotbed that already has a couple of commitments already, but one that I feel is more under the radar than he should be, is Dell Rapids St Mary's [player_tooltip player_id='1321000' first='Gavin' last='Pica']. The 6'4 250 pounder looked sound in the live eval I got at the Augustana Prospect Camp and the biggest area I wanted to pay attention to most going in was his footwork, in which Gavin showed off a great first step and balance for his size that surely as college coaches know, that still has plenty of room to fill out. With his position flexibility on both sides of the trenches, I feel Gavin is scratching closer to the surface on getting more attention very soon as this young man can surely play scholarship football on Saturdays.

Another offensive linemen that we got a solid live eval on at the Augustana Prospect Camp that sits inside our top 50 overall in South Dakota in the 2027 class, is Watertown's [player_tooltip player_id='2110136' first='Andrew' last='Dahl']. The 6'2 270 pounder showed off the growing quickness he's made with his foot speed since the 2025 fall season ended which led to even well-versed pad level and more fire when he drove into the point of attack in the live reps we watched at the Augustana Prospect Camp. His agile hands also showed off the further growth I was looking to see, as I felt he not only has developed more control with his hands, but also added more leverage with those hands. He's one that really surprises me out of this group that doesn't have his first offer yet.
