Allison Sportstown 7v7 Tournament “Difference Makers” PT.2

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Allison Sportstown put on such a well organized 7v7 tournament I decided to highlight some more of these highly talented young athletes for this next article. Even when the ball didn't come his way, it was rare that he didn't create separation running his routes. He has a knack of getting separation right from the line of scrimmage, stacking the defender and getting to his appropriate spot. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Vescio can run the entire route tree with precision with the right amount of speed and control, its quite impressive to watch. He also flipped sides of the ball and took snaps at corner, and performed very very well. He was as dependable as it gets, always being in the right place at the right time. Showcasing very reliable hands for his Glendale Falcons team, Stratton found his way into the endzone very often. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Stratton is a quarterback's best friend because when the play breaks down you usually look in Stratton's direction because he's always going to make the safe reliable catch. He has plenty of speed to get over the top of a defense and he's a very savvy route running wideout. When the offense desperately needed a play to keep them in the game, the ball usually went to wherever [player_tooltip player_id='2142514' first='Landen' last='Harter'] was on the field. I had the opportunity to watch Harter in a couple of games last weekend and he proved to me that he deserves the right to be on my next article. He made it hard not to keep my eye on him because he lined up and continued to just keep making plays. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>On both sides of the ball he just always seemed to be around the football. On defense he showed a high IQ and skill set to be right on the receivers hip at corner, and on offense he had plenty of separation when the defense was in man, and knew where to sit down in open zones when the defense played off coverage. He's a true student of the game, and you can tell he works very hard on his craft. Spickard sees the field so incredibly well for his young age its quite impressive to see. He knows where and when to go with the ball, and doesn't put his offense in a bad situation, when the big play isn't there he checks the ball down and takes what the defense gives him. As soon as Boster gets his hands on the football, he turns up field and gets from point A to point B at such a quick rate. Usually in 7v7 tournaments once you make the catch unless your in the endzone you are down quite fast. In the case of [player_tooltip player_id='1685051' first='Sam' last='Boster'] he's such an explosive athlete it's hard to get a hand on him. There were so many times that boster turned a short pass into a long gain. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Boster is also a versatile prospect he can give the offense juice in the backfield or you can line him up out wide and he is a phenomenal wide receiver. Boster is headed towards his Senior season and I believe he is one of the best athletes in Southwest Missouri. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
