Harter was no doubt the go to guy for his Willard Tigers JV football team. I had the opportunity to watch Harter in a couple of games last weekend and he proved to me that he deserves the right to be on my next article. He made it hard not to keep my eye on him because he lined up and continued to just keep making plays.

On both sides of the ball he just always seemed to be around the football. On defense he showed a high IQ and skill set to be right on the receivers hip at corner, and on offense he had plenty of separation when the defense was in man, and knew where to sit down in open zones when the defense played off coverage. I’m very eager to see his upcoming sophomore season.
