Recruiting Roundup: Big-Time Prospects Make Choices, Land Offers

On defense he is a proven pass rusher as an outside LB, where he recorded 43 tackles and six sacks last season and added an interception. Holmes is a 6-foot-0, 210-pound bowling ball of a running back who maintains great contact balance and is a home-run threat if he gets to the second level. He also has the juice to turn the corner and be a threat in space. He is a great between-the-tackles running back and wastes no time getting vertical; can jump cut and change direction and make defenders miss. Coleman displays good ball skills to break up passes in coverage and can cover and carry deep routes, but his real strength is a run defender, where he displays great closing speed and is quick to get downhill. Has a lean, strong, 6-foot-1, 165-pound frame to get bigger in a college weight program. The Class of 2028 recruit is a talented running back who can run, catch, and be a legitimate home-run threat in space. Very physical runner; he loves to run over people on offense. As a safety he displays good ball skills, can high-point the ball and contest catches. Good off-tackle runner as well as inside and can make defenders miss in space.
