As a safety he displays good ball skills, can high-point the ball and contest catches. Good off-tackle runner as well as inside and can make defenders miss in space. Northwestern, Western Michigan, and Virginia Tech offered this month.

Ligon is a tough, bruising, and fast tailback with great vision. He loves contact, bounces off defenders like a pinball, and maintains great balance in space.
