Class B District 4 Focus: Beatrice and Blair 2027s to Know

We took our evening in Nebraska taking a look at Class B District 4 football action, as we scanned the tape from Beatrice and Blair to take a look what kind of 2027 prospects they have that have a shot to play on Saturdays. This list includes. our OL7 in the 2027 class, a punter to add to our radar, and two safeties that might not be the biggest you'll see in the state, but they play the game with range and great instincts.    Not a ton on tape on Boston, but what's there is intriguing from this scout's eyes. He shows off well-versed poise throwing from the pocket and has an eye-catching quick release that gets out of his hands really quickly especially on intermediate routes on a consistent basis. Boston also shows he evade the pocket when it collapses and can make efficent throws on the run. Surely one I would advise needs more tape to get above our 2027 Nebarska watchlist.     A new name to our Prep Redzone Nebraska radar out of Class B District 4 is Beatrice 2027 wide receiver Jesse Oltmans. Another one that is under the radar for the Trailblazers as you can tell this kid has great size at the wide receiver position that I can't find exacts on anywhere on the internet. He's a fluid route-runner on intermediate and deep routes. I noted too that Jesse has quick instincts that can add yards after the catch despite the lack of tape. Three sport athlete to know out of Beatrice that has some upside.     Ty is surely one of the most elite offensive linemen in District 4 out of Blair. The 6'4 290 pounder, is not a offensive tackle you want to meet out in space as once he's in control from a leverage perspective as a puller, he can get to the second level with almost too much ease. This young man's tape gets even more fun when you watch his pass pro reps as Ty has persistent pad-level with his hands and one of my favorite plays on tape is the recognition he has when his teammate gets beat and he's done what he needs to do, he unleashs a pancake out of nowhere on a second block which shows off his football IQ swiftly. He has three offers already for a reason and is destine for more incoming this summer.     Easily the most impressive specialist out of District 4, is Blair 2027 punter Luke Donner. This kid has an absoulute hammer of a punting leg and what impresses me right away is how much hangtime he gets out of his leg as well, as his first clip showed too the poise he has handling a snaps that might be off his line as Luke shows to be cool, calm, and collected. Another skillset that seems to be persistent with Luke, is whenever I see that ball come out of the air, it seems to not only come down with some speed, but return man seem to have a tough time tracking it as well. D1s thru D3s seem to be seeing what I am seeing out of Luke for their special teams units on Saturdays.   <a href="https://x.com/LukeDonner" id="https://x.com/LukeDonner">https://x.com/LukeDonner</a>TWITTER     Andrew is a field general that excels on both sides of the ball for Blair and from my eyes, is worth a rankings bump. He shows off excellent footwork and ball-tracking ability and clings down on the ball with excellent instincts and surely is twitchy from an agility perspective. Andrew also plays out of the slot offensively and plays with those similar instincts you see defensively, as he has great hands that can make his catches in high traffic areas. Andrew is a well-rounded corner no matter where the ball is thrown as he's one that persistently plays downhill. Not much noted college interest as of yet, but I surely think this kid can play at the next-level.   <a href="https://x.com/AndrewSmutny" id="https://x.com/AndrewSmutny">TWITTER</a>     One of the biggest hitters on this list despite only playing at 5'9 175 pounds, is Blair 2027 safety Jaxon Logan. Jaxon plays with angry intent when he makes contact with that ball carrier and is surely a strong tackler in the open field that you can count on. Jaxon also has more range than some might expect for his size as Jaxon can move just about from sideline to sideline with his well-versed change of direction as well. Surely a high motored athlete that plays above his measurables grade that you take a shot on at the next-level that's also a three sport athlete with great football instincts.   <a href="https://x.com/JaxonLogan15" id="https://x.com/JaxonLogan15">TWITTER</a>     Man, there is something in the water in Blair with their safety group, cause their athleticism just really impresses me which includes 2027 Nate Murray. Nate has the most range out of their two safeties as he not only does get from sideline to sideline that's just a fluidity about this young man that should just jump out to you looking for safeties on tape.
