I got to admit, when I rolled the tape on this Nebraska 2028 group of running backs I was really impressed with what I saw. This group has a lot of change, elusivness change of direction, and more. Let's meet RB10 thru RB6, as some of these young men could see themselves in the top 5 real soon.

Coming in as our RB10 in the 2028 class and one that I feel could rise is [player_tooltip player_id='2063453' first='Quincy' last='Orme'] out of Deshler. The 5'11 170 pounder has immediate breakaway speed that flies down the field as a running back that I also really like how he finishes he runs. Quincy also has great vision around the edges and is more elusive than I was expecting during his tape eval. His seperation ability also is very intriguing as the pull-away ability that Quincy has shows me that although he's slightly undersized he surely has the skillsets to play on Saturdays.

Next up is our RB9 in the Nebraska 2028 class which is [player_tooltip player_id='2121929' first='Grayson' last='Nolan'] out of Ashland-Greenwood. Grayson might not have his tape posted, but the game highlights check my boxes, as this kid has an accelerator that is very sudden and picks up speed quickly once he gets out of high traffic areas and finds space in the open field and can easily seperate from the defense with ease. If you want the speed verification for Grayson, he runs a 10.66 100-meter dash and has great running back size at 5'10 180 pounds that surely shows a burner type that getting his tape out there, has a good shot to play on Saturdays.

Rolling in as our RB8 in the 2028 Nebraska class, is Logan-View-Schribner-Snyder running back [player_tooltip player_id='2050209' first='Jett' last='Vacha']. Talk about a running back that pops out of nowhere in thei inside box, as it's evident that Jett has great vision in tight windows. Another skillset that passes the eye test for Jett is his change of direction, as he establishes that his one-cut can set the tone getting downfield with his sound vision at his disposal. The 5'11 200 pounder has ideal next-level size and that change of direction checks out as he runs around a 4.2 in the pro agility.

A 2028 running back that I could see as a jumper into our top 5 running back group, is Bennington's [player_tooltip player_id='2064459' first='Knox' last='Naughton']. It's been a while that I have seen a running back at Knox's size that has the very sudden burst that intrigues me around the edges. Knox has excellent vision to go along with his impresive burst as that is well-noted as a pass catcher that I feel needs more reps out of the backfield in the pass game. Surely one to watch for out of Bennington's 2028 class that has striking speed that will catch some coaches attention.

Ayden is another one that is light on the tape, but it's hard to miss on the top-tier running back size he has at 5'10 195 pounds. Ayden shows what he can do in the pass game as one that is very elusive around the edges with great vision at his disposal. He's also got the fluidity and seperation ablity you want to see at Ayden's size. Ayden is one that I feel that the live eval would surely do some justice during camp season, as one that hopefully is in attendance at some Midwest camps this summer.
