Andrew is a field general that excels on both sides of the ball for Blair and from my eyes, is worth a rankings bump. He shows off excellent footwork and ball-tracking ability and clings down on the ball with excellent instincts and surely is twitchy from an agility perspective. Andrew also plays out of the slot offensively and plays with those similar instincts you see defensively, as he has great hands that can make his catches in high traffic areas. Andrew is a well-rounded corner no matter where the ball is thrown as he’s one that persistently plays downhill. Not much noted college interest as of yet, but I surely think this kid can play at the next-level.
