The 6-foot-1, 190-pound prospect is ranked as one of the top safeties in Ohio, but he is also a strong prospect on offense as a receiver, where he can get open and get plenty of yards after contact. On defense, he is a thumper who can deliver heavy hits and takes great pursuit angles. He recorded 1,338 receiving yards and 28 touchdowns on offense last season, both school records, and had 67 tackles and three interceptions. Boff can hit receivers in stride, is very mobile to elude rushers, and can pull the trigger on the move.
