He's at his best as a deep safety, where he can read the quarterback and make plays on the ball. But I like that he never gets so deep as to take himself out of the play. He's excellent in coverage, and opponents often look away from his side of the field. He can play outside or in the slot. Given his athletic profile and technical abilities, Parrish may have the highest upside of anybody on this list. He caught 29 passes, had 30 rushing attempts, returned kicks, and picked off five passes for the Cavaliers. Though he's smaller, he has had success as both a slot corner and on the outside. He has great technique and speed that allow him to match up with bigger receivers. Jones does well to play bigger than his frame, and he isn't afraid to tackle either.
