We enter the middle of March a step closer to the 2026 season. Prep Redzone Iowa has continued preparations for it by rifling through student-athletes' highlight videos and churning out evaluations.

Cibula has flown under the Prep Redzone Iowa radar to date with this being our first evaluation of the talented athlete from North Tama. No time like the present to put him on the radar after a junior season that saw him deliver contributions on both sides of the ball as a Redhawk junior in 2025. Cibula led the team with six touchdown catches, hauling in 32 balls in all for 197 yards. He recorded 9.5 tackles, five of which were solo stops. He forced three fumbles, recovered a fumble, had a half tackle for loss, converted a pair of two-point conversions and kicked off twice. Cibula shows the all-around athleticism that helps him chip in all over the field during his 11th-grade highlight video. He's very fluid when running routes and gaining yards after the catch. It's a nice mix of power and speed. Cibula already stands out as a blocker with physicality and desire. His frame is such that it can add plenty of good weight, which gives him sizable upside as a prospect, one that's flying too far below the radar of college coaches.

Szanajda was an important part of a Regina offensive line that paved the way for an explosive offense, one that guided the Regals to the state championship game in the fall. He was credited with a pair of pancake blocks and controlled the guy across from him a whole lot, as evidenced by his junior highlight video. Szanajda fires off of the snap from his spot at right tackle, often overwhelming the opposition before it has a chance to get into the fight. He's very athletic and agile, delivering blocks in space when pulling or getting onto the second level. Szanajda sets up well in pass protection with solid footwork, longer arms and active hands. His frame is projectable, capable of filling out and adding power in a college strength and conditioning program.

There's not a ton of tape available of Erickson in action on his Hudl page. What we do see looks like a bull in a china shop busting up opposing offensive linemen. Power is the name of the game when it comes to Erickson's greatest strength. He's just a handful with his low pad level and leg drive. Erickson isn't a slug in the middle of the Lincoln D-Line, either. He's quick off of the snap, moving well laterally and straight ahead. Erickson's traits help him in getting off blocks and absorbing them, depending on what's needed on a given pursuit. The Railsplitters statistics on Bound seem off based on what we can see on film, but he was credited with 5.0 tackles for loss and six solo stops overall. And, again, he's the type of guy that won't rack up a lot of big numbers but impacts the game with how many opponents he can occupy.

Stone's position is listed as tight end, and that's where he best fits. That said, he threw, ran and caught touchdowns during his junior season of 2025 at Washington. Stone hauled in 28 balls for 270 yards and a touchdown, and rushed for a pair of scores. Nine of his 10.0 total tackles were of the solo variety. He intercepted three passes and recorded a pass defended. Rounding out the production, Stone averaged 34.2 yards on 24 punts. His 11th-grade highlight video reflects his broad base of skills that allow him to contribute in so many areas. Washington moves him around the formation, lining him up on the outside and in the slot. While he isn't in-line much during the tape, he's a willing and able blocker in space. That part of his game should continue growing as he fills out his frame in a college strength and conditioning program. Stone displays soft hands, crisp routes, and an ability to gain yards after the catch with speed and power. He could help his recruiting stock with stops on the college camp circuit this summer.

Brown authored a fine junior season at Washington this past fall. The versatile athlete registered 33.0 tackles, 27 of which were solo stops. He came up with 2.0 tackles for loss, a pair of interceptions and five passes defended. He rushed for 29 yards (5.8 YPC) and caught four balls for 34 yards. Brown's 11th-grade highlight video reveals how he gets the job done. He does a nice job diagnosing plays prior to the snap and getting downhill in a hurry against the run. Brown is strong and disengages from blocks quickly. He's fast in a straight line when supporting the run. In coverage, there's fluid hip movement in changing direction and a smooth back pedal. Brown has room to fill out and add strength. His skill set also would be an asset on multiple units of a college program's special teams. Brown should be getting more looks on the recruiting trail based on ability.
