Cibula has flown under the Prep Redzone Iowa radar to date with this being our first evaluation of the talented athlete from North Tama. No time like the present to put him on the radar after a junior season that saw him deliver contributions on both sides of the ball as a Redhawk junior in 2025. Cibula led the team with six touchdown catches, hauling in 32 balls in all for 197 yards. He recorded 9.5 tackles, five of which were solo stops. He forced three fumbles, recovered a fumble, had a half tackle for loss, converted a pair of two-point conversions and kicked off twice. Cibula shows the all-around athleticism that helps him chip in all over the field during his 11th-grade highlight video. He’s very fluid when running routes and gaining yards after the catch. It’s a nice mix of power and speed. Cibula already stands out as a blocker with physicality and desire. His frame is such that it can add plenty of good weight, which gives him sizable upside as a prospect, one that’s flying too far below the radar of college coaches.
