In the first place spot on my list is Kingston Dillard, a wide receiver for Indy Select South 18U. Dillard was locked in this past weekend, showcasing his electric speed off the snap and outstanding catching ability. Dillard impressed me more than once, but really shined when he elevated off the ground to haul in the one-handed touchdown catch. This talented prospect from the Bluegrass State should not be slept on.
