Cherry moved up eleven spots in the overall rankings as he continues to put his name on the radar of the top defensive tackles in Nevada. The 6'4"/315 two-way trench player out of Bishop Manogue was a breakout DT last season showing the power and disruptiveness he brings to the d-line. Totaled 23 tackles, 2.5 sacks, and 7 TFLs as a junior. He shows his strength and leverage driving OL off the ball, can occupy and make plays off double-teams, and has impressive range for his imposing frame. Cherry picked up his first pair of offers from Army and Northern Arizona in recent months and should continue to raise his stock on the recruiting trail over the course of the offseason.

Tucker moved up from #69 to #58 in our latest update to the 2027 NV rankings. The 4th-ranked QB in his class proved to be one of the top signal-callers in northern Nevada leading McQueen to the 4A state title last season. Posted impressive numbers passing for over 2,300 yards and 33 TDs with only 2 INTs and completing 68% of his passes last season. He's an accurate distributor from the pocket that can improvise and create outside the pocket when needed and shows effortless touch and ball placement on deep throws. Tucker has his stock trending up coming into the summer months.

Eck was one of the biggest risers moving up nearly 40 spots in our latest update to the 2027 NV rankings. The 6'3"/265 OL out of Bishop Manogue is flying under the radar despite putting together a strong junior season at C last fall. He's a strong and powerful blocker in the interior that moves his feet well and shows his lateral range and agility in pass pro. He's violent with his hands, is a high-IQ blocker that utilizes his eyes and awareness to locate threats, and looks to finish his blocks to the turf. Eck has been active on the junior day circuit this offseason and should continue to generate interest over the course of the offseason.

Carey is an up-and-coming OT that continues to rise the 2027 ranks with the high-upside physical skillset he brings to the table. He's a physical blocker on the edge that possesses useful length to his 6'4"/260 frame and can control defenders with his hands and natural strength. He'll need to continue to develop his footwork particularly when he's out in space and working up to the second level but is an effective run blocker in tight spaces. Carey should see his recruiting interest rise as he continues to develop heading into his senior season.

Billau moved up the PRZ NV 2027 rankings after leading the Galena offense in receiving with 430 yards and 4 TDs on 29 catches as a junior. He also tallied 58 tackles and 2 INTs in the secondary. The 6'3"/170 two-way playmaker is a lengthy perimeter threat that can create mismatches in 1v1 situations with his ability to high-point and go up over the top of smaller defenders. He packs impressive ball skills and catch radius, shows his toughness and concentration completing catches against tight coverage, and is aggressive through the ball at the catch point. Billau is an intriguing prospect to monitor throughout the offseason.

Alvarado was a breakout defender in northern Nevada leading Carson's defensive unit in tackles with 95 total, 2 sacks, and 8 TFLs as a junior. He's a physical ILB that excels as a run stopper between the OTs with his ability to navigate traffic and shed blocks to make plays around the LOS. He shows his range as a tackler on stretch plays to the perimeter and can make plays in coverage over the middle of the field. Alvarado will be one of the top returning playmakers for Carson this fall.
