Georgia WRs Set to Add to or Have Breakout Seasons in Year 2026

There are a ton of amazing wide receiver talents in the Peach State at the High School ranks. However, today we are going to break down some of the guys that I feel will have major breakout years. Some of these guys had strong seasons last year but will be expected to carry more of a load this year. Some of these guys are yet to prove themselves but have high potential to break out and some have break out to an extent, but this year are expected to really hit the scene balling. let's take a look!    Khasion Beasley dealt with an early injury before the season could even begin for him in 2025 and Beasley was expected to be a pivotal piece to a star-studded wide out room at powerhouse Rome. However, Beasley is one talent that I expect to have a major breakout season. Last year I do believe the (then) freshman would have a big season but due to those circumstances he faced, he will look to breakout this season. Beasley will certainly come back stronger!     Young man ended up really breaking out big-time in the playoffs in 2025 as a freshman. Wilcox has been a talent I have covered since his middle school days and heading into his sophomore year, Wilcox is going to have a major year and is a talent that will be among the best of the best on the Peach State. Big, big season ahead for him.     Tylan "Scoot" Simpson had a lot of breakout moments last year in his sophomore season. I would be cutting Simpson short on what he could do if I said he had a breakout season. Again, he had breakout moments that would be a breakout season for most but for Simpson, his breakout season will be this year. Simpson flashed amazing moments and especially in big games in the playoffs that show he will have a massive year in 2026. He is a go-to type of target and came up big on a consistent basis and made some major catches in big-time moments. His breakout year will be in 2026!     [player_tooltip player_id='1685081' first='Havyn' last='Searels'] has already broken out on the gridiron and holds some D1 offers such as Georgia Tech among others currently. Searels is a big-time target that is a major deep threat but is also a guy who can run after the catch as well as any in the Peach State. He has had a breakout year but will add to that with another big year in 2026.     [player_tooltip player_id='1626107' first='Gavin' last='Green'] certainly had a breakout season last year and was a special talent across the board at Rockmart in the 2028 class. He was a tremendous talent and came up in major ways receiving the football and is a guy who plays the game with a fearless style of play. He is a talent that I do believe will add on to his breakout season last year and will have yet another huge season in the 2026 year. Big-time player here.
