A small-town sophomore who made a big impact for one of the state's most respected programs, Bush is a natural defensive back who shows strong instincts in coverage and the ability to chase down the ball-carrier. He plays fast, tackles well at the feet, and was one of the top sophomore defenders in the region. His stock is rising and he recently earned offers from Texas A&M, Tulane, Georgia Southern, among others. In just eight games, Bush made 35 tackles, one INT, and a defensive touchdown while also helping in the return game. His potential is easy to see and he has a chance to have a really strong junior season next fall.

A young quarterback on the rise right outside of Atlanta, Aminu didn't start last season for Langston Hughes, but he was a chance to have a true breakout season as a junior in 2026. He brings outstanding arm talent and flashed a lot pf promise when he was able to see the field last year. He brings good size at 6-foot-1 185-pounds and threw for 500 yards and five touchdowns in a backup role. He throws with confidence, throws well inside the pocket, and has no problem launching the ball vertically down the field. Even as a backup, Aminu's talent has allowed him to earn new offers from Wake Forest and Purdue last month. Look for him to see a boost in the next 2-28 Prep Redzone rankings this spring.

A promising South Georgia EDGE defender on the rise with impressive length, above-average athleticism, and his best football way ahead of him, Muhammad brings a good size already at 6-foot-4 210-pounds who will only continue to grow and develop as an overall defender. He's a physical run defender who can create havoc in the backfield while showing to be one of the top young pass rushers in the area. As a sophomore, Muhammad made 71 tackles last season with four sacks, three forced fumbles, and four pass-breakups. He's a South Georgia defender with breakout potential in 2026.

South of Atlanta is where you'll find a fast-rising wideout who has no problem making a big catch over defenders. He didn't light up the stat sheet last year as he was still emerging as a sophomore, but when the ball did come his way, Slaton knew how to make a play on it. He has a long, lengthy frame at 6-foot-4 180-pounds with natural ball skills. If he continues to perfect his craft while adding more muscle over the next six months, Slaton has a chance to have a breakout junior season with the potential to see major Power Four offers come his way. His talent and potential is easy too see, so look for him to see a new ranking in the next 2028 Prep Redzone update.

A rangy defensive back on the rise outside of Atlanta who has a real nose for the football, Davis is an above-average athlete who, as a sophomore, showed a knack for making plays both in coverage and against the run. He plays fast and has no problem wrapping up to make a big tackle. He also showed strong instincts and ball skills down the field in coverage. He's young, but he's fresh off an impressive second season where he made 47 tackles, four INTs and three more forced fumbles. He showed easy D1-potential and the offers should be rolling in more and more this spring and summer. He'll be an easy addition to the next rankings update in the 2028 class.
