5 New Talented QBs in Our 2028 Rankings

He has great arm strength and terrific accryacy he uses to lead and place the ball only where his WRs can make a play on it. He does a great job placing touch underneath his deeper throws while also showing he can zip the ball into tighter windows; it's really impressive to see.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>Owens completely embarrasses defenses with his mobility. He does a fantastic job avoiding sacks to extend plays, and can roll out of the pocket and move the sticks whenever he wants. His speed, acceleration, and ability to throw on the run/under pressure make him so valuable in this offense."</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>I can't wait to watch Owens this next year. He's efficient, decisive, and quickly makes good decisions with his passes- constantly hitting open targets all over the field.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>I'm also a fan of Gibbs' arm talent. He does a great job putting passes only where his receivers can make a play on it, leading and hitting them in perfect stride to avoid any issues from defenders. I think Gibbs is in for a big season next fall. I think he's absolutely a player to watch out for in the 6A this upcoming season. I'm impressed with Skipper's arm talent; he can deliver some beautiful passes at every level of the field and is a great decision maker with the ball. He's impressive in the pocket, leads his receivers accurately downfield, and can deliver high-velocity throws through tight windows. </em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>I think what really stands out with Turley is his ability to avoid pressure and improvise on the run. He's quick on his feet, does a great job keeping his eyes downfield, and can constantly create something out of nothing. He has great arm strength and impressive accuracy he uses to lead and deliver beautiful passes to his WRs, hitting them in stride for huge gains downfield.</em></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><em>I'm seriously impressed with how Holmes throws on the move and off platform. He does a great job avoiding pressure and keeping his eyes downfield to find the open man, and once he does, he can make some seriously impressive plays.
