Ratliff walked away as the game's overall MVP, finishing with four catches for 136 yards and one touchdown, which came midway through the fourth quarter on a 50-yard completion as he ran right by the defensive back, to give the West team a 24-10 lead.
“The key (today) was to stick to my roots. Every day, I come out to this field during the season, perform at a high level on gameday and on Fridays. Back on my home turf again, I had to keep the routine going.

The rising senior was thrilled to compete with the best that this state has to offer.

I love surrounding myself with greatness. It fuels me and I pick up a lot of good habits from being around great players so it's good to be in that environment. “

The East team would not go away quietly, however, as [player_tooltip player_id='1515057' first='Aiden' last='Fitzgerald'] found Richardson for a 7-yard touchdown catch with 5:56 remaining, setting up the exciting finish.
