As camp season approaches, prospects will be heading out to camps all over the state to show off their skills and their value at the next level. I will be paying close attention to the 2027 quarterbacks as there are many capable QBs with something to prove heading into their final season of high school ball. Below are just a few that will undoubtedly be out to showcase their talent!

I really fell in love with Cameron's tape this past season. For starters, there aren't many quarterbacks better on the move than him. Whether it be on designed boots or just scrambling to buy time, Cameron is able to get out and evade pressure and still make really accurate passes. When he tucks and runs, he is able to turn on the jets to get in the open field and do some real damage. He's an absolute gamer and I think he has the potential to wow people with his play style. Great talent with a ton of potential!

Over 2,700 passing yards and 26 touchdowns on the season for Hudson this season. Pretty great numbers, and the highlights back this up. The lefty was a nightmare to deal with, especially in the redzone. So many of his highlights are of him making really accurate throws into tight windows near the end zone. Other areas of his game were just as impressive, as he was not afraid to throw it down the sideline or up the seam. He spread it to all of his targets all season long, and I think with a few impressive camp showings, some program is going to fall in love with what he can do.

I think the hype with Dracyn is still there for me. His highlights show a good mix of impressive back shoulder throws, good deep ball ability and the ability to pass on the run. He's very athletic and makes it hard for defenses to wrangle him in the pocket. He keeps his eyes downfield and doesn't panic under pressure. He has all the makings of a productive QB at the next level, I know he'll be on a mission in 2026, and I am extremely excited to see it!

I have watched a number of David's games and highlights this offseason, so I definitely feel like I have him pretty well scouted, and I think he may still be underrated. He has so many examples of him standing tall in the pocket and delivering some absolute strikes. When he gets out and moves, he's just as solid. He keeps his eyes downfield and is able to still rip it to his target. I really love what Krall can do, and I believe he will be on a mission to show off his skillset all year long.

When I was sketching out this article, I kept coming back to Jack. I know there's a fire in him after how last season ended at Ford Field. Jack is a great talent who has the arm strength to hurt a defense all over the field. Great velocity on his throws and the ability to fit balls into some tight windows. The other part of having something to prove is the undoubted disadvantage of playing at a smaller school. He doesn't have the benefit of playing in Metro Detroit in front of tons of college coaches. I think this camp season for Jack will be massive. If he does what I know he is capable of, he will be impossible to ignore this spring.
