With snow prepared to roll into the Hudson Valley, Athletes from across the North East packed into Hudson Sports Complex to compete, and showcase their skills at the Prep Redzone NY Stock Up Showcase. This was our first edition of the Showcase, which had its own event, after pairing with NJ for multiple years. Athletes brought the competition, and we had an excellent showcase. In this article, we look at my Superior Sixteen Offensive Prospects.

Martinez was a playmaker I had high hopes for, and came in with a lot of hype around his name, after a solid Junior Season. The Holy Cross QB, had solid combine numbers and ,measured at 5'11" 175-Pounds giving him a good build for the QB Position. Martinez had an amazing day throwing the ball, and I liked his reps in 1v1 Drills. He displayed good accuracy, and mechanics on his throws. He could add some more velocity, but his balls had a nice touch on them throughout the showcase. Martinez was easily a top performer in Warwick, and I am interested to see him during 7v7 season.

Royal was a name that caught my eye in Warwick. He is a guy we have as one of our top QB's in the 2028 Class, and he made a great impression during the showcase. Hailing from Middletown, this showcase was local for him, and he showed out for his hometown. Royal had solid combine numbers, and while he is on the shorter side with his build, he has tons of room to grow. His mechanics could use some work, but his balls had great touch on them, and a good velocity. I liked his accuracy on said throws, and during 1v1 drills he gave his receivers the best chance to make plays.

Barnwell was in the Top Three at the QB Position for me in Warwick. The NFA QB, is coming off a solid Junior Season, and impressed scouts and coaches during the Showcase. Barnwell, had an amazing day throwing the ball. His combine numbers were equally as impressive. In 1v1 drills, he displayed his ability to drop the ball in the basket in over the shoulder throws. He hit multiple throws on all three levels, doing so with an accurate ball, and good mechanics. I liked what I saw from Barnwell, and his frame gives him an advantage, as he is already ready for the next level. Barnwell was a top performer, and a guy who has potential to explode next season.

Fortin had the most impressive combine of all the QB's. His testing numbers were in the Top Three for the position in each drill. Fortin is another 2028 Friar who came to Warwick, and he also put on a show. Fortin displayed good size, standing at 6'3" 180-Pounds, and still has tons of room to grow. Fortin had an amazing day throwing the ball, and I liked his motion and mechanics during 1v1 drills. His accuracy, was also on display as he placed the ball beautifully on multiple throws throughout the afternoon. Fortin has a bright future at the QB Position.

[player_tooltip player_id='1939703' first='Brady' last='Williams'] is my PRZ Stock Up Showcase QB MVP from the NY Showcase. Williams was one of the top QB's at the NJ Showcase, and backed up his performance with another dominant one in NY. He measured 6'4" 266-Pounds, showing an NFL ready build as a Sophomore. Williams had the best mechanics, and showed elite accuracy and strength on his throws. I like his velocity as well, and he had an amazing day In Warwick. Williams is a future College Starter.

The Cornwall Central RB, had a great showcase in Warwick, and solidified himself as one of the top backs in a loaded 2027 class. In 1v1 Drills, I liked his ability to make catches. He showed a good release, and hands making multiple tricky catches. In Indy RB drills, he showed quick feet, and good instincts. He ran angry at the ground, and showed he could make cuts and change his direction throughout the play. Bishop is a smart, physical, and talented RB, and going into his senior season, I will be watching him closely, and so should college.

Bordeaux looks like he played in the NFL for 10 years. He was built strong, and was massive. He measured in at 5'10" 187-Pounds, and as a Sophomore, has plenty of room to grow. He attacked the ground with every carry, and showed the ability to make quick cuts upfield. In every aspect of the showcase, Bordeaux dominated, and it is scary to see he is just a backup at the moment, but watch out for him, I expect a huge explosion this season from the Friars's RB.

Fry is an intriguing prospect to me. In my opinion, he can play both WR, and RB. I personally like him more as a WR given his 5'11" 175-Pound frame, but he showed potential as a RB. Fry would need to gain weight to fill out his frame, and I think he would. As a RB, he was the quickest guy in Warwick. He displayed the ability to outrun everyone, and destroy chase down angles with his pure speed. I like his footwork, and his quick burst, allows him to make quick changes, and avoid defenders with quick moves. Fry is one of the top players in the 2028 class, and he has a bright future ahead of him.

My Prep Redzone New York Stock Up Showcase WR MVP is J'shon Goolsby. The 2028 WR, had an outstanding afternoon. Earlier in the day parents, and coaches warned us about his talent, and they were right. Goolsby has excellent size for a Sophomore, and had room to grow as he progresses through high school. Goolsby, was oustanding in testing drills and ran one of the fastest 40-Times. In 1v1 drills, he made catches look easy with quick footwork, and good hands. I liked his ability to create separation, and make catches look easy. Goolsby has potential to become one of the top WR's in the state in 2028.

Morales is a young receiver who entered Warwick with hype. I have seen him play multiple times this season, and in each game he has caught my eye. He was a solid tester, and dominated in drills. In the 1v1 Portion, he was exceptional. He displayed quick feet, and created tons of separation throughout the afternoon. Morales displayed good body control on tough catches, and I liked his hands as they made catches look easy. Morales will be a solid piece for the Lions next season.

Oji was one of a few Seniors in attendance in Warwick. Oji measured in with an excellent frame, standing at 6'2" 170-Pounds, and displayed a good frame for the WR position. Oji during combine testing was solid, and was near the top of the charts in drills. He displayed a high motor through 1v1 drills, and Indy. He attacked the ground and made sharp cuts on routes. His quick first step caught my attention, and helped gain separation from DB's. Oji will certainly rise in the rankings, coming soon, and he is a name colleges should look at if they need a Wide Receiver.

He measured in at 6'5" 263-Pounds, which is an outstanding size for the TE position. I have no notes on his size or frame, as being just a Sophomore, he is already at the ideal numbers. I wish I saw blocking drills, as based on size and muscle I have a feeling he would be good at that aspect. He competed as a DL mainly in Warwick, but has a frame to play multiple positions across the field.

The St. Joseph Regional OL, measured in at 6'4" 252-Pounds, showcasing an excellent build, with room to work as he's progresses through High School. He was an impressive lineman, as he displayed a unique technique of forcing Defenders around and out of the play. He was also extremely athletic throughout the afternoon, and put together some impressive combine numbers. Ballesteros, used his massive frame and strength to move defenders throughout the showcase. I liked his body control, and hand placement throughout the showcase, as he moved multiple players off their stance. Ballesteros is a solid prospect, and with his strength and size can become a top guy in the New England Region.

Your Prep Redzone New York Stock Up Showcase Offensive Line MVP, is Jireh Aleaga. The 2027 Lineman, attends Fort Hamilton, and previously hailed from national powerhouse Bishop Gorman. The 2027 prospect has traits, that easily translate to the next level. He was massive in person, and being one of the first players to arrive he opened multiple scouts eyes with his size and frame. He projects mainly as a Guard, and can be an absolute wrecking ball as a pull Guard. He had some amazing reps, staying low through movements, which in return helped his leverage and balance throughout the afternoon. Aleaga will find himself highly ranked in the 2027 NY Rankings.
