The Mobridge-Pollock Tigers are a program that are certainly on the rise and put that into drive mode during the 2025 fall season. They come back in 2026, with five names that I feel all have the tools to play at the next-level which is elite for a 11B program in South Dakota.

One of the first new names that I found this morning out of Mobridge-Pollock was 2027 linebacker Kellen Pfitzer. The 6'1 210 pounde rplays with a great motor that flies into the backfield with early penetration as he's sudden attacking his gap downhill. That motor plays no differently when it comes to pass coverage as middle linebacker, as Kellen applies physicality at the point of attack as his athleticism is well-rounded. He surely is a 2027 linebacker that I am adding onto my 2027 radar today that is a hidden gem that isn't even on Twitter as of yet as far I could find.

Another defensive spark in this 2027 class for the Tigers that sits as our DB5 right now in the class, is [player_tooltip player_id='1287898' first='Easton' last='Eisemann']. The free safety from Mobridge-Pollock, not only is constantly in great position and shows sound range but you can read quickly into his instincts before the ball is thrown that this kid is quick to react to get to the point of attack in the air. He possesses long arms and a sizable wingspan to use at his disposal as another recruitable defender for the Tigers that I believe can play on Saturdays.

Another new name that popped out my radar this morning lies in the receiving core for the Tigers, as Kale Knudson is a wide receiver that caught our attention. He's a red zone threat that knows how to utilize his vision in the open field to create space between him and the secondary as Kale is effective most out of one-cut in the bulk of the tape I got to watch. He showed off consistent hands that has the athleticism to progress quickly upfield and hints of his durability thru contact showed out as well.

He hasn't posted his junior tape for the Tigers as of yet, but Shooter is a 2027 kicker in this class that with his size college coaches will want to take a look at to improve their special teams in the coming years. Every field goal you watcher Shooter attempt has plenty of extra length to carry much longer. He carries himself with poise that he is going to knock down every kick from within his range and usually does so. I would be intrigued to see what Shooter looks like with his longer range field goal attempts as hopefully the junior tape shows more depth.

The bellcow to the Mobridge-Pollock Tigers rushing attack is without a doubt RB2 [player_tooltip player_id='1275173' first='Mack' last='Saxon']. We've covered Mack a ton in the last couple of years and I am sure we have said skillset wise most what we could say under the sun, but there's more to this kid trust me on that. I haven't gotten a live eval of a running back in this 2027 class in the Dakotas that competes with more competitive nature than you see from Mack on every rep and every carry he gets. He's a contact seeker that wants to run thru you versus around you. He's one of the most grittiest running backs in the Dakotas in this class and already has his first offer under his belt even before 2026 started.
