2027 Washington OL [player_tooltip player_id='1272154' first='Gunnar' last='Waxler'] is an intriguing prospect with raw upside that colleges will take interest in. At 6'8 310, Waxler obviously has physical tools that can't be coached, which gives him potential as a player and prospect. Overall, he's a raw player right now with tools and ability for college programs to mold in the future, with another year to continue developing in his senior year.

2027 Huntington DB [player_tooltip player_id='1708425' first='Dreydon' last='Barber'] is a name to keep a close eye on next season as he flashed potential in his junior year for the Highlanders. He was limited to just 6 games this season, but has clear upside as a safety prospect who can play in the box. Barber has athletic upside that can be further developed as a raw player with potential that should be appealing to college programs next season.

2027 George Washington LB [player_tooltip player_id='1616166' first='Derek' last='Valentine'] took a big step forward from his sophomore to junior year, both physically and developmentally. That improvement and development have now made him a Top 10 linebacker prospect in the class for now, with the potential to climb higher if he takes his game to another level as a senior. Valentine has a quality frame and athletic upside that lead us to believe he'll be a top LB prospect in the 2027 class.

[player_tooltip player_id='1272162' first='Akeem' last='Davis'] went nationally viral this season for an impressive big man pick-6 that made waves across the country. The 2027 Wheeling Park DL produced a quality junior season for the Patriots, in addition to that play that has him among the top defensive line prospects in the class. Davis has the size and frame that colleges will like for an interior big man as he continues to mold his body and develop his technique and fundamentals.

2027 Morgantown WR [player_tooltip player_id='1588447' first='Tanzer' last='George'] steadily progressed as a player for the state champion Mohigans in his junior year that now made him a Top 10 receiver prospect in the class. George developed into a top target in their passing game as the season went on and made his name known on the biggest stage in the state title game. George understands leverage well in his route running that creates separation consistently as a long and athletic receiver who's still developing.

2027 John Marshall WR/DB [player_tooltip player_id='2076798' first='Landen' last='Snyder'] had a big junior year for the Monarchs and now rounds out our Top 10 receiver rankings. He had 64 catches for 1,058 yards and posted 62 tackles and 3 interceptions on defense as a talented two-way player. Snyder is a natural pass catcher with innate ball skills and playmaking ability that should have him on early D2 radars.

2027 LB [player_tooltip player_id='1129045' first='Kane' last='Williams'] transferred into the Morgantown program this year from Maryland and made an immediate impact in their linebacker corp. He has size limitations, but plays the middle linebacker position with a throwback, old-school mentality. Williams is a downhill, physical player who seeks out the football with high effort and quick pursuit that should have colleges overlooking his physical limitations.

Rounding out our Top 15 linebacker rankings is 2027 Riverside LB [player_tooltip player_id='1728028' first='Jaion' last='Tucker']. He has a higher ceiling than his current ranking behind his athletic 6'2 190 frame that could allow him to develop into a future star. Tucker is a disruptor at outside linebacker in a scheme that often has him aligned as a standup edge rusher. He has clear potential in that role as he further develops his hand use and block-shedding ability to better evade blockers that will level up his game further.

2027 Elkins DL/OL Owe Stanley is a talented two-way lineman for the Tigers who has upside on both sides of the line. At 6'2 290, he has a college frame, and we currently project Stanley as an interior offensive or defensive lineman. The bulk of his junior film is on defense, where he did a nice job this season, but keep a close eye on Stanley on offense as well next season as a strong, physical presence in the middle of both fronts.

2027 Martinsburg OL [player_tooltip player_id='895912' first='Zion' last='Reaves'] has steadily developed from his freshman year for the Bulldogs and made his varsity starting debut in 2025. He did a nice job at right tackle as an undersized player at 5'11 275 with high athletic upside. Reaves may have size limitations for an offensive line prospect, but his footwork and raw athleticism are among the best in the 2027 big man class.

Snodgrass only has offensive highlights available right now from this past season, but look for him to be recruited as a linebacker with the frame and athleticism that should excite college programs.
