Let's take a look at some unsigned 2026 recruits.    Jaxon is our top unsigned prospect. He is an exceptional athlete. A fluid mover who transitions smoothly. His hips are very good and does well moving in and out of breaks. His hip fluidity allows him to be a cover corner, his explosiveness and range allow him to be a deep safety. His ball tracking and sure hands with excellent footwork allow him to be a receiver. He can play any of those positions and is a playmaker. Recruiting coordinators would be getting an exceptional talent, a hard worker and a true student athlete.     Kaneal made the most progress from his Junior to Senior year than anyone else in the state. His processing rate improved tremendously, he is excellent off platform and throws a good deep ball. He has a quick delivery and that allows him to throw from multiple platforms. He does a good job of leading his receivers open and throws with good velocity. He's a dual threat signal caller who is an elusive runner. He is the best remaining available quarterback in the state.     Dyson is an electric and explosive athlete. He shows good vision and patience behind the line, he has the lateral quickness to get to the closing hole and has the contact balance to survive initial contact. He has the short area burst and long speed to get to the edge and hit the runway for home. He has soft hands in the receiving game and is a key component in that aspect. Dyson is excellent creating on his own and is a weapon in the return game. He has enough power to finish off his run if need be.     Bryton is a modern day move Tight End. He is a physical player who can be inline or detached. He is a willing blocker in the run game and as a receiver, he has a large catch radius, gets vertical with ease, and has strong hands. He's used in the short to intermediate game where they let him create after the catch. He's a big bodied target that moves well and his upside is huge.     Jasean is a twitchy athlete who moves well laterally and is a tough cover. He has a good short area burst and slippery in coverage. He will naturally end up in the slot, but can play outside. He has strong hands and tracks the ball well. He gets vertical with ease and is a receiver that will work the middle and has good toughness.     Louie is the most under recruited player in the state. He's been extremely efficient in his time at West High. He's added weight, strength and physicality to his game. He has soft hands, can be used as a receiver out of the backfield or lined up out wide. He runs actual routes and has clean footwork. As a runner, he has excellent vision and has the lateral burst to make the closing cutback lane. He has the physicality to survive initial contact and get through the first level, from there he has the power to finish off his runs or can use his speed to get to the edge. He is a willing between the tackles runner and fights for the tough yards. He is exceptional.
