With the 2025 high school football season nearly wrapped up in New Jersey, it's never too early to turn an eye towards the future. Despite not having a Morris County representative in any of the NJSIAA State Champion games this year, the North Jersey county has no shortage of football talent. Below is a look at 10 Morris County Quarterback prospects who are currently in the class of 2030 and look like they're on track for promising high school careers.

Despite playing for teams comprised of athletes most from Essex and Passaic Counties over his youth career, [player_tooltip player_id='1277979' first='Austin' last='Marchetti'] is a resident of Chatham. Marchetti started his career with the Cougars but has played for teams like Irvington and Silk City over the past few seasons. Marchetti is as solid as they come in terms of being a student-athlete and will undoubtedly become the face of a program down the line. He has a big arm and can make some impressive throws. He's always been surrounded by speed and excellent talent on the outside, plus he performs will in camp settings. I think his ceiling is pretty high, so continuing to watch him take steps in his development should be a treat.

It's just my opinion, but in my eyes, [player_tooltip player_id='2071824' first='Greg' last='Vico'] has arguably the most beautiful delivery out of any Quarterback in the state of New Jersey for the class of 2030 at this point. Hovering right in the neighborhood of 6-foot, Vico has a smooth, over-the-top delivery with a high release point -- which plays a significant role in his accuracy. He is very fundamentally sound when it comes to having his lower body, weight transition and upper body move in unison when throwing the ball. Vico and the Vikings finished the 2025 season as the American Conference Champions of the MCYFL.

In my opinion, the most cerebral of the 2030 Quarterbacks that are (presumably) set to enter the high school ranks next fall. A sinewy Quarterback as of right now, Bienko has substantial room to mature physically, yet he still had a monster career on the youth level. After playing in a two-QB system a year ago with the Staten Island Hurricanes, he was the guy for the Morristown Wildcats in 2025. With Bienko at the helm, the Wildcats finished 5-3 on the season in a loaded American Conference of the NJSYFL.

There has been no shortage of talent coming out of the Montville Mustangs youth program over the last few years, and this year was no different. With [player_tooltip player_id='2071586' first='Jake' last='Kobilarcik'] at the helm, the mustangs had a banner season, finishing 2025 with a 9-1 record. Despite suffering a tough loss in the NBJFL Super Bowl, Kobilarcik was the offensive maestro for a team that averaged a league-high 25.8 points per game.

As is the case with several Quarterbacks on this list, Mount Olive's [player_tooltip player_id='2058588' first='Louis' last='Iozzi'] may be a better overall Athlete than he is a Quarterback, at this point. Nonetheless, if the sum of the actions means moving the ball and scoring points -- he's checking the boxes. While Mount Olive understandably took a step backwards this year from the ungodly tear they've been on over the last few years, Iozzi is proof that the cupboard is far from bare. A tall, good-looking prospect who also gets it done in the Secondary, Iozzi's athleticism allows for several offensive wrinkles.

Heading to about as Northwest in Morris County as you can get before running into Sussex County, Jefferson's [player_tooltip player_id='2057007' first='Mack' last='Stanley'] is a Quarterback to know about. Stanley, who eventually went on to start as QB1 for the Blue Team in the MCYFL National Conference All-Star Game, first guided the Falcons to the semifinals during the regular season. The three-sport athlete has a body with encouraging thickness and a powerful arm when given the time to unleash it.

[player_tooltip player_id='2071641' first='Mason' last='Morano'] is another one of the most dynamic 2030 Quarterbacks in Morris County, that seemingly nobody is talking about. Despite appearing a bit undersized (no specific measurables available), Morano has a skill set that translates nicely to the next level with his ability to get the ball out quickly, at multiple angles and with impressive zip. On top of his arm talent, the multi-sport athlete also drove Defensive Coordinators around the TCYFL crazy this year with his ability to make back-breaking plays with his legs. He helped lead the Cardinals to a 5-3 record in 2025.

In another example of a good athlete who just happens to also play Quarterback, Madison's [player_tooltip player_id='2055823' first='Michael' last='Beacom'] looks like a prospect to know in Morris County. A three-sport athlete and particularly standing out on the baseball diamond, Beacom checks a lot of boxes when looking at what he can at the QB position. He can make most throws on the intermediate level and seemingly improved on the deep ball throughout the season as well. Again, his athleticism is paramount when looking at his skill set. He can make plays with his legs if he needs to and ultimately may end up a better Safety than Quarterback. With him behind Center, the Dodgers finished the 2025 season as the MCYFL National Conference champs.

As noted above, the Montville Mustangs have been producing some excellent talent on the pre-high school level over the last few years. Another such example of the talent is [player_tooltip player_id='2066815' first='Tyler' last='Masella']. Masella was QB1 for the Mustangs a year ago, guiding them to a 5-4 record on the season and earning a selection to the NBJFL All-Star Game. Opting for a reclass year at Parisi for 2025-2026 school year, Masella has bulked up and appears to have a body ready for the pounding of Friday night lights and varsity football -- up to a reported 6-foot-1 and 185-pounds.

I haven't checked recently, but when looking up "football guy" in the dictionary, there's a good chance there will be a picture of [player_tooltip player_id='2058662' first='Vincent' last='Morse']. Morse was the straw that stirred the drink this past season for a Roxbury Gaels team that was nothing short of dominant -- outscoring opponents 225-34 in eight games as they went on to win the MCYFL Freedom Conference championship. Another three-sport athlete, Morse lined up at Quarterback, Linebacker and Edge this season. Watching him in parts of multiple games this year, in addition to the Freedom Conference All-Star Game (in which he started for the Blue Team), Morse provided leadership and played with moxie throughout the 2025 season.
