With our region's first significant snowfall imminent and looming, I was back on the grind. On Saturday, December 13, 2025 Prep Redzone was boots-on-the-ground in Warwick, New York as we hosted our latest rendition of the Stock Up Showcase. Below are my notes from the position group referenced in this article's title.

There were a couple of quarterbacks that I had interest in identifying as my top performer, but the more and more I watched [player_tooltip player_id='939707' first='Jaiseon' last='Barnwell'], the more and more I realized it was him. Barnwell gets the ball out quick and immediately. Some of his throws, dare I saw, looked like they were rifled out of his arm. Each rep I caught I was impressed with his ball placement. He often led his receivers, but also showed touch and on-target delivery to prevent defenders having an opportunity to make a play on the pass attempt. Lastly, Barnwell set up his throws well by moving in the pocket to create better angles and release points for himself.

[player_tooltip player_id='1513218' first='Jordan' last='Bishop'] was one of two running backs blessed with elite physical presences; however, it was Bishop's performance that made him the top dog. More than any other running back at a camp I can recall, Bishop did an excellent job of gaining his power and moment through the ground. In doing so, I can comfortably forecast that he is a strong, powerful ball carrier. This actually translated to 1v1s. Matched up as a receiver on a linebacker, there was a whole lot coming downhill, quickly, at that poor linebacker. Bishop exploded so fast that he was already past his defender before the kid had an opportunity to move. During indy he was one of the backs who moved his feet a mile-a-minute tightly to the cone during drill work. Lastly, he ran an excellent whip route and managed to adjust to a poorly thrown ball with ease.

He was not the biggest. He was not the fastest. He was not the meanest. What [player_tooltip player_id='1882000' first='Mason' last='Morales'] was simply the top performing wide receiver. Exceptionally quick, Morales ran super-tight, crisp-cutting, and sharp whip routes. His quickness and creatively allowed him to vary his releases in order to beat press coverage at the line. Lastly, Morales featured full extension for the ball, showing he does not suffer from alligator arms. I can foresee Morales being a maestro in the slot.

Because of prospects like Jireh Aleaga, I wish that camps were played in pads. Aleaga is a big, thick, powerful-looking prospect who earned my positional MVP nod. Was he perfect? No. Did he take chances? Yes. There is no doubt in my mind that Aleaga is an interior offensive lineman. He had a tremendous ability to bend and maintain low pad level when inside; however, for whatever reason all this elevated when he challenged himself to play tackle. I also am not sure whether or not his feet improved as the day went on or if they are just inconsistent. Yet make no mistake about it: I wish Aleaga was suited up in pads because I suspect this prospect can be an old school road-grading War Daddy.
