There are many QBs in the state of Georgia who have the chance of improving during the offseason, but improvement isn't enough. In fact, the things these schools are looking for are players who will level up. I anticipate these five QBs to level up during this offseason and during the next season.

[player_tooltip player_id='969646' first='Caine' last='Woods'] is a guy who will be hard to just level up, because he led the state in passing yards; however, in his next season with Coach Carlisle, he is expected to do even bigger things. Woods is a huge playmaker and is a guy who is often viewed as the best gunslinger in the state. He has become a top guy in the class, and is someone that I believe will have the chance to make the most of what is offered. He will have another season with [player_tooltip player_id='1142017' first='Isaac' last='Summey'], [player_tooltip player_id='1685081' first='Havyn' last='Searels'], and [player_tooltip player_id='1844024' first='Kamdon' last='London'] (which I value as one of the better wide receiver groups of the state. Woods will begin to be offered by many schools, and rightfully so. Woods is a star.

Robinson is another gunslinger who made the most of the cards that he was dealt. Robinson is a guy who remains a top player in the state. He has a solid frame and continues to improve his traits. His dropback is one of my favorites in the state, as he glides nearly. Robinson has a shortstop line drive of an arm at times, which is awesome to see, as he doesn't have to plant his front foot to generate power. He is usually cool, calm, and collected in the pocket, which is what you want out of a younger guy in the system. The trajectory that he gets the ball at is beautiful, and I believe he will be a guy who has the chance to level up. I expect him to cause some more issues for these defenses.

Baxter was awesome for the Lions this year, and he will have the chance to be even better. He finished the season as a top player in the area. Baxter has a lot of positives coming his way, and with a solid wide receiver core, he has the chance to become a top-end guy in the state. Baxter has all of the tools and is someone who will improve over time. Baxter showed in his first year that he can make plays, but entering this next season, he will have a set of different tasks as he will be expected to make bigger plays with his legs and downfield. If Baxter enters this next season even better than he finished it, then he will be pushing for the best QB in the 2029 class title inside the Peach State.

One of the best pocket climbers in the state. He is a guy who shows dual-threat ability at its max. Quick cutting for a QB, and someone who has great pocket awareness. A top option QB in the state as well, who plays a lot like Hauss Hejny when running the ball, but I do believe there is upside in his arm talent. Lemire has another year to prove his worth, and this is a guy that I anticipate being a riser. The ball comes out of his hands very casually, and he is someone who will only improve with his placement. One of my favorite finds this season that I encourage everyone to keep up with.

Mosley is the biggest wildcard on this list. He is a guy who can make the most out of the little bit that is offered. Mosley has the chance to become a top guy in the state of Georgia with talent around him. He is absolutely the best guy for the job with Cedartown, who hope to get back on track in this next season. He is someone who can click off routes quickly and is someone who has a solid arm. He is expected to level up in his final season, and I believe he will be one of the bigger risers in the state of Georgia at the position.
