CFI Carolinas Winter Showcase Top Running Backs

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>The Charlotte Football Insiders (CFI) Winter Showcase hosted over 170 players from the Carolinas and beyond this past Saturday at Rocky River High School. Three players from the showcase received offers so far, and a lot of great talent was on hand at all positions in attendance. We'll start looking at some of that talent in a series of articles analyzing these players. I think what we didn't expect was a meteoric rise from another Husky running back into a starting role. Marvin showed at this showcase that he's still a very good running back. However, the speed and smoothness of Shawn's overall game were impressive, as I've always seen from him in the past. Seeing him up close, he is bigger physically than I initally anticipated heading into the showcase. Landen has excellent balance, and he moves with great agility and athleticism with the ball in his hands. Landen showed me that he has a lot of skill to his game that he didn't necessarily have the chance to showcase in the North Lincoln triple option attack they employed. This showcase really featured the passing game because of the number of quarterbacks in attendance, and Juice won a lot of reps in the passing game against linebackers, using very good speed and excellent footwork on his routes. I'm excited to see how he develops this offseason physically to take on a bigger workload in the offense next season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- /wp:acf/evaluation-block -->
