Jayden moves up as far as he possibly could have. #3 to #1, and a small but extremely notable boost for the blue-chip prospect.

I've talked about Jayden a lot this season. I'll sound like a broken record, and that's alright.

Jayden has ideal size, length, bend, competitiveness, and explosiveness. He's far ahead of the curve, even when it comes to other blue-chip DE's. Jayden gave one of the best offensive lines in the state (DCC) a major headache. I love the way Jayden is able to explode off the ball, bend, and straight-up beat his lineman with excellent agility. I hope Jayden has another elite offseason. Already an elite prospect, but he's still nowhere close to his true ceiling.

Donald slots in at #2 in this iteration of the rankings.

Obviously, he's still an amazing blue-chip QB prospect. 52 touchdowns and 4500 yards are truly elite. Against the best teams in the state, Donald has proven to be a steady, calm, accurate, and smart quarterback.

Emphasis on "calm". Yes, Donald is extremely competitive, but he also has a next-play mentality that few QBs have. He never gets too high, never gets too low, and remains incredibly locked in for the next play.

As expected, Donald is extremely accurate in all areas of the field, knows how to read a defense, and throws with great timing. Donald is a very well-rounded, mostly pro-style QB. I do think Donald has areas to improve (pocket presence, for one), and I'm confident Donald will make the necessary improvements to stay in the top 3 until he graduates.

Dendre continues to sit atop the rankings. He should remain firmly in the top 5 for quite a while. A blue-chip speed demon, Deandre has the stuff of a future college football star.

What stands out to me the most is DeAndre's balance. He does an incredible job of staying upright through even the hardest of hits. Plus, he keeps his feet moving at full speed through arm tackles. Impeccable center of gravity, and it allows him to earn a ton of yards after contact. Of course, Deandre is also tall, has great hands, and high-end vision. If you said I should rank Deandre #1 in the state, I'd have a hard time arguing. Absolutely a blue-chip player.

Mylan is on track to have a big breakout 2026 season. This season, Mylan carved out a big role in Cass Tech's passing game. A well-rounded receiver, Mylan has high-end speed, in additon to good ball tracking, hands, and open-field abilities. Oh, he's also a good blocker.

Not an elite season by way of statistics, but I feel that his "elite" season is coming in 2026. With Sadler at UNC, I predict that Mylan is going to emerge as Cass Tech's primary offensive weapon. Already a well-rounded player, all Mylan has to do is improve on his strengths, and he'll have an amazing 2026.

Noe climbs from #9 to #5 after a truly special sophomore season. The 6'4" RB totaled 1,803 rushing yards and 21 touchdowns on 211 carries. He was the lifeblood of the Portage Central offense and was a massive part of why Portage Central dominated its way to the state semifinals. Without playing any defense, Noe was still able to prove himself as a hard-nosed, physical football player. Potentially playing both ways in 2026, Noe should have an even better Junior year.

That said, I'm betting on Noe to continue his fast-track development.
