Pavlich caught my eye in their game against Denver East showcasing a lot of potential for a sophomore. With long arms and a developing muscular frame, just off his 5'10 175 build you could see he's a star in the making. Right now, relying on his speed as a one-cut downhill back, he has good run game footwork and vision, knowing when to get North without hesitation while also possessing the speed to bounce runs outside and outflank defenses. Pavlich runs with great forward lean, helping him bounce off defenders and maintain forward momentum through tackles for extra yardage. The next step in his development would be to continue to improve his cuts (i.e. jump cuts, speed cuts) while maintaining good pad level and gathering his feet together to try to make an agile move. He has flashed this, but with consistency he will make in even harder for opposing tacklers to bring him down. The Sophomore has shown more and more with each game this season and I'm excited to see him get a larger workload as he progresses.

At 6'0 175, Halas shows great command and leadership of his Centaurus offense. To start, Halas' motion has made strides since his Soph season, continuing to shorten his motion showing less of a looping motion from the previous year. Halas' biggest strength is his ability to throw on the run, doing a great job being on time and accurate moving left and right. He does a great job aligning his shoulders to his target and processing half-field high-low reads on the move. While in the pocket, Halas shows a willingness to hitch up while getting through full field reads and consistently finding open targets vs Zone coverage.

At 5'9 175, Addison does a good job reading and leveraging his blocks, knowing when to get to the outside when there's nothing between the tackles or when to puncture inside. Addison does shows good burst through the hole as well. He shows an ability to make the first man miss with his agile feet in which he continues to churn for extra yardage. Addison is one to keep an eye on as he's only a Soph getting touches on varsity.

Isaac is a 5'6 slot WR with solid route running abilities. He does a good job shifting his weight with and without the ball in his hands to create separation and feint defenders. His ability to run with a low center of gravity and shorter striding, jabby steps allow him to get in and out of any route with quickness and ease. He also has a great understanding of his role within each play, knowing how long he has to allow his route to develop vs zone coverage. Isaac also shows some good concentration and ball tracking deep downfield with defenders on his hip. As the SR heavy WR room at RM graduates this season, I'm excited to see the impact Issac will make on varsity next season.

At 6'2 185, Schneider has a good frame for a stack LB - tall, long armed, and high hipped. He leads the RV defense with 7.2 tackles per game. What first stuck out to me is his play recognition, consistently beating blockers for TFLs. In his pass drops, he does a great job relating to his threats, ping ponging his eyes between the QB and his threats and having awareness and feel for where the ball is going to make a quick reaction. Schneider also does a great job in the middle of kickoff coverage and escaping butt side of blockers to disrupt the direction of the return. Outside of football, he is also a midfielder on the school's LAX team. I'd love to see Schneider add some more weight this offseason to give himself some more power in his hits and help him over the long season.
