Armonda is a RB/LB two-way player measuring in at 5’8 175-pounds. Last season, he had 28 carries for 161 yards with 3 touchdowns with 7 total tackles (6 solo, 1 assisted). He has good athleticism due to his very good acceleration, balance, good change of direction, and speed. Uses his explosive start to gain the upper hand. Good inside running. Uses his jump cuts to pivot into the open gap when the first one is closed. Good outside running. Armonda does a great job gaining yards after contact. He bruises on forward with his powerful legs dragging defenders with him or bounce off him. With more opportunities to showcase his skills, look for him to have a breakout season.

Armonda is a ball carrier that has the speed and quickness to be an impact player for this offense. As a ball carrier, he shows the ability to reach the second level quickly and make defenders miss in space to keep drives alive. He runs with a blend of agility and power, bouncing off contact like a bowling ball and finishing runs with authority. Armonda also flashes deceptive speed, pulling away from defenders once he breaks into the open field. In limited opportunities, he totaled 161 yards and three touchdowns on 28 carries, which he will look to build on. With an expanded role on the horizon, Armonda has the tools to significantly elevate his production and emerge as an under the radar prospect worth monitoring closely.

I’m intrigued to see how Armonda continues to develop this off-season.

At 5’9 175, Addison does a good job reading and leveraging his blocks, knowing when to get to the outside when there’s nothing between the tackles or when to puncture inside. Addison does shows good burst through the hole as well. He shows an ability to make the first man miss with his agile feet in which he continues to churn for extra yardage. Addison is one to keep an eye on as he’s only a Soph getting touches on varsity.
