Records were not safe during the D7 through D1 games at State. [player_tooltip player_id='1220669' first='Judeah' last='Kniskern'] put on a show in the D2 game breaking the yardage mark. [player_tooltip player_id='1403698' first='Dominic' last='Rinaldi'] crushed records for receptions and yards. Not to mention the handful of other WRs who were leaned on in big moments and delivered massively. We also saw [player_tooltip player_id='700019' first='Tyler' last='Deer'] take over the #1 spot in receptions for the entire state this season with his 7 catch performance. The receivers were ready to ball out in the last games of the season. The talent in this article is high quality and deep. Over half of them are uncommitted or rising juniors too. So a lot of names to dive into for college coaches.

Judeah came into the D2 Championship Game and torched the record books with his 164 receiving yards. The senior WR committed to Sioux Falls was essentially unguardable. He dominated between his route running and strong frame creating separation or fighting through contact to secure the catch. The senior was elite at tracking the ball and securing the catch. After the catch he was a bully, ripping through several arm tackles and always requiring a gang tackle to get taken down. The senior was a couple yards away from two more TDs, getting drug down at the 1 twice. The go-to WR proved his dominance and even while ranked at WR4 I won't be surprised to see him rise up the rankings. Sioux Falls got a great one.

The uncommitted senior out of SJCA is another senior who torched the record books. Dom did it to the D7 game record books with both the 10 receptions and 177 yards. It was right from the start. Dom proved he could carve up the secondary in the short passing game with his quick route breaks and acceleration out of those breaks. The kid caught everything too, naturally adjusting and catching it away from his body. The senior flipped the field with his speed to take the top off the defense. C-FC just couldn't match up with the twitchy playmaker and they utilized that advantage for 48 minutes. Coaches you need to get on this kid last minute.

While he didn't score, Tyler made a huge impression on the D3 Championship. He kept the passing game in rhythm with his route running that always seemed to open up a yard or two of separation. The senior showed really good awareness and body control along the sideline and with getting out of bounds in those 2 minute drill situations Grafton faced. Tyler ended the season #1 in receptions in WI, proving the hands, ability to get open, and the consistency needed to be a week to week go-to guy. The senior is uncommitted but we have seen an uptick in his recruitment with a recent offer from Bemidji State. Don't miss out on this kid.

The Western Michigan commit had to work back from injury this season, but he proved in the D1 Championship Game that he is all the way back. With just four receptions Harper made a massively positive impact on the game. His TD highlighted elite ball tracking and hands to catch the ball as it dropped in over his head/shoulder while also with a DB right there on him. He also flipped the field with a 20+ yard reception where he was able to show off the speed going across the field. The senior also did some work in the short passing game, getting open quickly for his QB. The Broncos have a good one on the way.

Karter stepped up for Winneconne's passing game in the big moments. His first TD came in the first half where he was able to win vertically, make an adjustment to the ball, and then go up and get it with the DB closing on him. The 2nd TD gave Winneconne the lead with under 6:00 to play in the game. A simple out route that left him wide open for his QB to target. Karter has been finding ways to get open like that all year. Don't sleep on the senior WR.

While Karter was the one getting into the endzone it was Ryan who was helping the offense move between the 20s. I really started noticing Ryan in the 2nd half. He was sparking the offense with some route running wins and runs after the catch. The junior was able to consistently pick up chunk plays with his four catches on the day. Ryan is going to be one of the top athletes returning to this Winneconne team next season.

The Dordt commit didn't have a ton of touches in the game, but the senior was still able to supply the team with some huge plays. Plays that swung some momentum in their favor. The senior is a speedster that they utilize out wide or in the wildcat. Out wide the playmaker has repeatedly shown outstanding abilities to find and adjust to the ball and put himself in position to secure the catch and protect it from the DB. Also give himself a chance to run right after the catch. That speed was an advantage for Northwestern all season long and will be a nice weapon on the Dordt roster in the future.

A new name to my radar from the slate of games was Grafton junior WR Parker Shaw. I kept hearing his name called in those big moments including that game winning drive. He was able to work the sideline really well, securing the catch in bounds and then quickly killing the clock. He was eating in the underneath routes against off coverage and making it quick and easy choices for his QB to target. The junior was also a nice outlet throughout the game. He will be in line to compete for the WR1 spot with the gradation of Deer.
