He is a classic pocket quarterback who does a nice job of throwing from the pocket. The biggest area of growth he has had this year is his ability to throw with anticipation. He does a good job of understanding where to put the ball so only the receiver can catch it. He has one of the strongest arms in the 2027 class. He also puts the perfect amount of touch on the ball. Harrisburg plays Central Dauphin this week, a rematch of a 27-0 win earlier this year. His ability to penetrate and take away rushing lanes is excellent. Next up for Spring Grove is at New Oxford, the top seed in the District 3 5A bracket. It will be a challenge for Spring Grove. Czapp is a talented enough defensive lineman. His ability as a right tackle to run block is excellent. He dominates edge defenders when he blocks them one-on-one. He also does a good job of pulling and blocking. He is next to impossible to block one-on-one as he is disruptive. He also has good pass-rush moves and uses his hands well to be disruptive. Mechanicsburg has its work cut out for it as it must play the talented Bishop McDevitt team. You do not see many linemen that have his size (6'4") and athleticism. Playing in Wyomissing's run-heavy wing-t offense, he is a dynamic player. His ability to fire off the ball and block defenders at a high rate is impressive. He has perfected the down block by going down on defensive linemen and pushing them off the ball. He has also done a nice job on fold blocks by pulling and kicking out edge defenders. Kauffman's talent is there to produce and get even better. This week, they play Lampeter Strasburg, a team they beat the last time they played. West York has had a good season, going 9-1 with their only loss to New Oxford. They play Middletown this week, and if they win, they will face a 10-0 Twin Valley. He does a good job of making plays against offenses by chasing all over the field. Then, as a tight end, he is a highly skilled offensive player. He is a talented blocker who blocks well on the edge and in space as a slot receiver. He also shows a good ability to catch the ball in space. Trinity is the 3rd seed in the District 3 3A playoffs. They face Annville-Cleona, the 2nd seed this week.
