Smith also likes to ‘hit' in pass pro, flashing a punch that can jolt rushers off pursuit angles. The 6-foot-0, 180-pound prospect aligns at safety and is a ballhawk. Robinson has very good read-and-reaction time when the ball is in the air. He possesses great leaping ability, has long arms and uses his length to snatch the ball with his wide catch radius. Clary is a tackling machine. Very instinctive, fast and twitchy, with quick read-and-reaction time, Clary is an outstanding downhill run defender who wastes no time getting from Point A to B. The 6-foot-1, 215-pound middle ‘backer is constantly around the ball. He is an outstanding run defender and strong pass rusher, having recorded 10 sacks this past season. The central Ohio stud flashes a quick first step off the ball. A classic interior guard, Varney runs his feet on contact, creates vertical push at the line of scrimmage and can be a handful to disengage and shed.
