I'm beginning to dive into the Class of 2028 in preparation for upcoming rankings updates. Today, I spent my time look at receiver tape. Here are five receivers who are trending up in my rankings.

Kingston may have had the most productive season out of any Michigan Sophomore WR. Excellent sophomore season.
Explosive release, and a downfield burner. Has moments of great change of direction on his routes, and able to earn separation against good DBs.

impressive in the open field, as Kingston consistently flashes good change of direction and vision to move north-south. Breaks arm tackles with ease.

Unsure about hands.

A super promising sophomore with zero offers. Tape outperforms many others. Confident he's faster than the 40 time I have right now.

An extremely competitive receiver who is on track to keep up his top-20 Michigan ranking through the coming years.

Tyler has hands-down the best measurables of anyone in this article. 6'2", long limbs, and athletic. Good straight-line speed, and able to easily burn some of the worst DBs on Brother Rice's schedule. In the Catholic League, he's earned a ton of reps against some of the best programs in the midwest- which is a big plus.

This season, Tyler has improved his hands, and he's improved his abilities in open space. Efficient player on screens, hitches, short outs, etc. Better when it comes to contact balance, too.

This offseason, Tyler should take another step forward. I know he's a competitive player, and I think that passion for football will take him far.

Another burner of a receiver. A tad slower than the elite, but a better, more well-rounded playmaker than most.

Does well in all areas of the field. Short-intermediate routes, he's great after the catch. Quick to turn upfield after the catch, and has shown good change of direction.

Routes are hit-or-miss. He's athletic enough to be an elite route runner, but sometimes struggles to get his feet perfectly under him. Mind moves faster than feet at times.

Progressing very well. Excellent sophomore season, and an obvious Power 4 prospect at this point in time.

Kam earned a role in the talent-heavy West Bloomfield offense this season. He was utilized as a deep threat, as well as a giant weapon with the jet sweep.

His highlight tape begins with a kick return TD, showing off his speed. Third highlight, Kam takes a handoff on the jet sweep, and quickly hits the hole and takes it to the house. Kam consistently showed good north-south running, and did well finding holes and getting the most out of his touches. With another offseason of improving change of direction, speed, and route running, he should develop into an amazing weapon in the OAA Red.

An absolute blazer of a football player. Elite-level speed, and it shows up constantly on tape. The fastest WR I've seen on tape.
Just by pure speed, he's good at breaking arm tackles.

Used as a RB and WR this season. Improved vision tremendously as a running back. At receiver, he was able to constantly get behind the defense and earn wide-open TDs. A Jameson Williams type of player who is best utilized in open space.
