2027 New Rankings Additions: Four Big-Time Studs

Today I'm writing about four new additions to the 2027 rankings update who hail from northern Ohio. Staten has great size and arm length for the position. He possesses great leaping ability, high-pointing the ball, breaking up passes and winning contested catches. Staten also flashes good range as a run defender. Strong and tougher than his size would indicate, Koret is an excellent two-way prospect. He has great pursuit skills as a linebacker, displaying quick read-and-reaction time and accelerating to the ball. He has made big strides as a junior. If his upside continues he has a chance to become one of the better prospects of the upcoming recruiting cycle. Iluono has excellent top-end speed for his 6-foot-1, 175-pound frame. He is very elusive in space, making defenders miss after the catch. He uses his size and arm length well to make acrobatic catches, earning him a spot in our rankings. Holman has very good ball skills especially around the goal line. His ability to time the ball with his hands, create pass breakups and be disruptive are all skills that translate for the next level. Holman can also drop back and play center field, get to the ball and make plays.
