Jesiah logged 237 all-purpose yards with five touchdowns in Week 7 in Warner's 43-8 win over North Central. He showed off blossoming change of direction on tape with punt return's as a athlete that has grown greater vision over the last 18 months. He's one with my conversations with college coaches that they feel he has position flexibility as he's turned into a sound pass-catcher as well. He to me is one that should garner more attention at the D2 level upcoming.

Rush is a offensive linemen I have a high grade on in this 2027 SD class as one that has continued to thrive in his junior season. You can see the growht Rush has made from his sophomore season to his junior season especially in the footwork department as there is great balance that you see right away especially in pass protection. Another area where the 6'6 270 pounder has grown is with his hand placement. as the pad-level has also excelled as the Cavaliers are rolling at 7-0 and the #2 ranked team in 11B. Look for Rush to be a probable mover in this 2027 class.

Troy is a running back in this 2026 class that was under the radar prior to the season, but has put together a nice senior season for the Cobblers. He's is one that has developed in their offense in the passing game that you commonly see in motion with good chunks of yards after the catch in which some have been after contact. I remember having Troy at our Prep Redzone Dakotas Showcase a couple Springs ago and I felt this young man was a grinder from a work ethic perspective, which is pretty evident when you watch the tape. He certainly looks like good fit to play on Saturdays.

The biggest surprise in 11AA in the 2025 season to everyone in the state has been the Huron Tigers and I feel it starts with their bellcow in the backfield in [player_tooltip player_id='1575934' first='Landon' last='Hulst'] with their offense. The 6'0 195 pounder has shown to be more authoritative with the ball in his hands showing off a persistent downhill-runner that you don't want to meet on the second level with his fluidity. In now back to back weeks, Landon ran for 1211 and 135 rushing yards. Another area where I have been impressed with Landon is with his agility, as his cutting ability shows another area that has gotten more fluid, etc. A 2026 that doesn't have an offer yet, that really should.

Tye has certainly been a 2028 quarterback in this South Dakota class that has moved the needle in the 2025 season. He went 25/32, 300 passing yards and four total touchdowns against powering West Central last week in 11A. Tye might have one of the bigger deep ball arms in this class I have seen in the Dakotas and it's hard to miss how accurate he was with his ball placement with those deep routes. I also love the quick progressions Tye makes when evaluating where to go with the ball, as it's clear he has sound chemistry with his receiving core and that's only going to get better with two more years of HS football under his belt. This young man will be a higher riser in our upcoming 2028 SD update.

Another quarterback that lit up the stat sheet on Friday night against Dakota Valley, was uncommitted 2026 [player_tooltip player_id='1575888' first='Carter' last='Gross']. Talk about some numbers, 7/10 passing, 228 passing yards on six total touchdown (5 pass, 1 rush) Some of the deeper throws that Carter had to make against the Dakota Valley defense showed rock-solid ball placement in areas only his wide receiver could get to. I also was impressed with the muliplying quick release Carter has developed since I watched him earlier in the season, as he has certainly developed as well with his timing. He holds one NAIA offer thus far but surely should rise his stock by next update.
