[player_tooltip player_id='1298213' first='Scott' last='Lewis'] (West Springfield):

Lewis has looked way more comfortable under center for the Spartans this fall and is on the radar for a number of Division 2 schools. He will have a chance to lead West Springfield to a region title, with some key matchups coming up. In a conference full of high level quarterbacks, [player_tooltip player_id='1298213' first='Scott' last='Lewis'] has stood out, on the year he has 11 touchdown passes and a 62% completion rate.

[player_tooltip player_id='1297904' first='Austin' last='Mawyer'] (Saint Michaels)

Since taking over the starting reigns right before his junior season began, [player_tooltip player_id='1297904' first='Austin' last='Mawyer'] has not looked back. He is putting up ridiculous numbers this fall and is the state leader currently in passing yardage. Just last month he set a school record with 6 touchdown passes in one game, Mawyer sees the field very well and has a 4.3 GPA, time for the Ivy League schools to start calling.

[player_tooltip player_id='486916' first='Nick' last='Nassib'] (Independence)

Longtime starter for Independence High School [player_tooltip player_id='486916' first='Nick' last='Nassib'] is pushing the Tigers for a playoff berth. He has always been good at protecting the football through the air and this fall he has done more damage with his legs too. Nassib has his squad in good position in their new conference, they currently hold the 5th spot in the Region B ratings.

[player_tooltip player_id='1906771' first='Brayden' last='Black'] (Washington & Liberty)

One of the region leaders in rushing yards, [player_tooltip player_id='1906771' first='Brayden' last='Black'] is a strong/tough back! He has gashed numerous defenses this year with his hard nose north/south style type of running. Averaging over 6 yards per carry, Black and the Generals are not going away anytime soon.

[player_tooltip player_id='853897' first='Jamir' last='Brown'] (Patriot)

Patriot's season started out with two losses against squads that are going to be competing in the Class 6 playoffs. Since then the Pioneers have been on a roll winning 5 straight including taking down long time rival Battlefield and their illustrious streak. What has changed in Patriot's offense is the move at quarterback and giving [player_tooltip player_id='853897' first='Jamir' last='Brown'] more carries at running back. Brown has been on a terror and the Pioneers needed all of his 285 yards rushing last week in their win over Osbourn. On pace to break the 1,000 yard threshold, [player_tooltip player_id='853897' first='Jamir' last='Brown'] certainly is helping his stock.

[player_tooltip player_id='1643027' first='Braylon' last='Addy'] (Patriot)

Another player emerging out of Patriot is wide receiver [player_tooltip player_id='1643027' first='Braylon' last='Addy'], even in a run first offense the young man is standing out. Addy is a playmaker whether it be at receiver, running back or returning kicks, he has done all three for the Pioneers this fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='1297952' first='Luke' last='Hatfield'] (Battlefield)

If you saw what Tom Lemming who is highly regarded about [player_tooltip player_id='1297952' first='Luke' last='Hatfield'] yesterday you should know that yes he may be the most underrated prospect in Virginia. Hatfield has been playing along the Bobcats offensive line at a FBS level for two years now and this fall he has stepped up on the defensive side. With the Bobcats hit with some unexpected departures Luke has filled in at defensive tackle numerous times this season. The UCONN commit is an outstanding and if I am being honest deserves offers from some Power 4 schools now.

[player_tooltip player_id='1297886' first='David' last='Howe'] (Gainesville)

Happy to see Gainesville's [player_tooltip player_id='1297886' first='David' last='Howe'] finish off his career at Gainesville in style. Now the starting quarterback he has filled in admirably under center while also continuing his great work at safety. While Gainesville may be on the outside looking in come playoff time, Howe has shown he can play at the next level. Already with an offer from Ferrum his versatility should only attract more suitors.
