How Warren Central Can Beat Carmel on Friday

The Warriors are coming off a hard-fought loss to Lawrence North, but will look to bounce back against Carmel.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Kevin Wright's squad is very good. The Greyhounds have not lost to an in-state opponent yet the season (their lone loss was against Louisville Trinity on Sept. 12), and most of their home-state games haven't been particularly close on the scoreboard. However, Warren Central will pose a challenge as the Warriors look to head to state for the first time since the Jayson West era. Quillen really broke out against a tough Lawrence North defense, so expect him to be a key threat against the ‘Hounds.
